Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I wanted a meaningful shift in my career and an MBA from a premier college like IIM Raipur would definitely help me in achieving it. Faculty:Student :: 57:710 All the faculties are well qualified and hold several degrees (MBA, Phd) from premier colleges in and outside of the country. Exams are always on time and it is fairly easy to pass if you pay attention in the class.
Internships Opportunities
We have a lot of internship opportunities available in the college but majority of the companies who have come this year in this college are mostly marketing and IT. And the average stipend for 2 months is around 1.4 lakhs.
Placement Experience
After 3rd trimester (1st year), right after our summer placements we become eligible for final placements. There are a lot of companies (100+) that come to the campus and all the students get placed. My plan is to work in the corporate for the next 10 years and then switch to building my own firm.
Fees and Financial Aid
IIM Raipur has the best ROI if you look at the fee structure of other IIMs in the country. You can avail different need-based and merit-based scholarships like O.P. Jindal Scholarship, once you get in the campus and all the details will be provided to you by the admin.
Campus Life
Annual Fest : Karmaanta Month: Around January All the books will be provide by the library and there are all kinds of books in the college library and in case you find/need any other books that can be ordered and it will be made available to you. All sorts of amenities are available inside the classroom and the infrastructure really class apart. We have almost every possible games in the campus - football/cricket ground, tennis court, squash court, badminton court, basketball court, swimming pool (the best pool you'll ever see in a campus). We have a plethora of both academic clubs and committees which are run by the students like marketing club, consulting club etc...
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are really nice and equipped with all the facilities. Both girls and boys are allowed in all the hostels. Meal quality : 8/10 Hostels: 9/10 In the first Year, we have Double Occupancy. In the second year, we have Single Occupancy.
Admission
Eligibility of the Course: Anyone who is interested for this course has to appear CAT and clear the cut-offs. If anyone is eligible for CAT then automatically he becomes eligible for this course as well. Interview Experience
We had no GD in 2023. But the interview process consisted of basic hygiene questions along with "Why MBA", "Who is a Product Manager", and some bsic current affairs. I discussed and prepared with the help of few seniors who had previously converted IIMs.
Other Applied Colleges

It's a finance-oriented campus i.e., a lot of finance companies come to this college, and I had no such inclination towards Finance.
