Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty ratio was 1:17 but now it has become 1:11. All the faculty are Ph.D. holders. All of them teach with the help of technological tools. The times are very precise and almost identical to what was mentioned at the start of the year calendar. The exams are alright and almost everyone can pass the exams.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities are not as great as in the case with most of the IIMs. Experienced people usually face a lot of problems when getting placed for internships. The number of big firms coming to the campus is less in comparison to the FP
Placement Experience
Almost everyone gets placed in college. The average package was 21 Lac for 2023 passouts. There is continuous growth in the average, highest, and median packages. There were plenty of big-name companies which came on campus
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is collected in every trimester which is approx 275000 rs. It has to be paid for 6 trimesters. There are very few scholarships almost none for open and obc. There is financial assistance for the ST, SC category. No jobs are available on campus.
Campus Life
The annual fest was conducted in February and it was way below average. the library is very well equipped. The classrooms are also well-designed. the sports facilities are also very good. Overall the infrastructure is world-class.
Hostel Facilities
The various things provided are an almirah, table, chair, WiFi, Bed, mattress, 24-hour running water for drinking as well as normal use, 24-hour working solar heated water and radiant cooling, and no AC. The meals are times a day and they are also alright.
Admission
The admission process starts with the CAT examination. You need to have a graduation degree to apply. Work experience is not compulsory. The application forms for CAT have to be filled which is available easily online. Later you have to fill in the CAP form for many of the new and baby IIMs. The admission process is kind of good and I don't think so there is a need for improvement in it.
Interview Experience
Yes, there was an Interview round before admission. The questions were more focused on my work experience and what were my roles and what did I do in the job, my job responsibilities, roles. General field-related questions were also asked.
