Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is very much intensive relevant and faculty is exceptionally good. They are learned people and guides you well. You are ssigned mentors. Faculty mentors as well as faculty mentors to guide you persinally.
Internships Opportunities
Since we are not allowed to disclose the name of the companies that vistyed the campus and the roles that they offered, but the top companies in finance, marketing , opertaions and analytics ahave visited the campus and have offered one of the top packages for internships, as mentioned in the repoerts published by the institute.
Placement Experience
Placements are as it is reflected in the college website and social platforms. It starts with all other IIMs and b schools. Regarding placements all the information is produced in due time through college's website .
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are various flosted during the tenure as various state and central government schoralships are there. They are regular;y floated by college too. Totral fees for our batch is 2100000 including the mess charges.
Campus Life
There are 24 clubs and commitees in IIM Trichy as it can be knowen by visiting the website also. It varies from academic clubs and commitees to non academic ones. Then there are special interest groups also
Hostel Facilities
There is a proper hostel facility provided by the institute with quality accomodation and food also. Its a twin sharing room but a complex is in construction so might be in near future the hostels could see a single accomodation
Admission
The admission process was quite smooth. For Admission to IIM Trichy, you have to appear for CAT and then according to the percentile and cutoff you get calls. IIM Trichy admission intereviews takes place under CAP interview process. So after the CAP interviews are done. The lists are generally out in May. Subsequentl list keeps coming for some time. A few days are given to secure admission after being on the list. Then after sometime your onboarding starts.
Interview Experience
As my institute comes under CAP process, so once the calls were out, direct interviews were held and according to that the subsequent conversion lists were out. CAP process is a common process for a group of IIMs and the interview results are sent to all the participating institutes and according to their wheightage criteria, they offer admissions.
