I would tell college management was excellent and the system and processes were placed rightly. Due to infrastructure constraint there were some issues but hope that will be solved as they move to new campus with state of the art facilities

CAT - 85 percentile. I had a written test and a personal interview after that. The PI session was very critical and the most important part of the selection process. All my analytical and communication skills were tested.

The course curriculum was excellent with freedom for students to choose their electives. The flow of the courses were appropriate and research was given more important in all the papers. Students were given enough freedom to suggest any new subjects.

Yes, we do have summer internship . Few top companies are HCL, Mahindra, TAFE, Citi bank, Dabour , etc. General stipend was around 50K. In our batch the average work experience was around 28 months

Every semester we have some culture festival or sports event conducted by students and it was engaging event the near by NIT and BIM institutions also. The college supported all the events and funded us enough to conduct it. Apart from it we celebrate all the cultural festivals in college premises

The fee structure was 12 lakh - which split into six semester and includes accommodation, food and tuition fees. I feel its feasible when compared to the quality of teaching provided at IIMT. And college was helping the eligible students to get scholarship and bank loan for any student. the process was trouble free

I availed a central government scholarship which is only for PWD candidates. The college was very supportive in collating the necessary documents and posting them to concern person. The college also tracked the progress till the scholarship was granted.

Gender ratio was maintained till my senior batch. As there were issues for girls accommodation as it was a shared with NIT Trichy girls hostel, the college was unable to take more girls. The college gave equal importance to extracurricular activities starting from cultural events to sports competition

As we had hostel rented from NIT Trichy we didnt have best of the facility but when compared with NIT's other hostels ours was well maintained and equipped with basics. Mess was good as the menu is decided by the students and we try to rotate the menu every three months once.

IIM T tries to maintain a strong alumni network through regular get together and functions for alumni at different locations. Seniors were very helpful and were present during the placements of their company and supported everybody

Exam structure were practical oriented and case study based. I would not mention as a hectic or chill day, its all about us how to take it and enjoy it everyday. We had tri semester and each semester is about 70days with two internals and one semester exams

1 step is CAT entrance, 2 step is Written exam - were the grammar and written skills are tested. It also tries to focus on our view towards the society and how can you change it given a chance, 3 step is PI - were the personality and our attitude is tested most

Most of the faculties are IIM pass outs - they were excellent and had huge industry exposure which gave us a great advantage in learning. We had few IAS officers as visiting faculty - they share their thoughts current trends and ideas of macroeconomic topics
