Remarks

Overall the college is good. Infrastructure is somewhat average. Need a lot of improvements. Faculties are good. Placements are average

No entrace or intervie is required for admission . Direct admission possible. Fees structure is good. Thats why i took admission

Course is good. Practical sessions are awseome. Regular workshops are done by college. No research activities are done

Internships Opportunities

The college provides internship facility for last year students. Currently i dont have any internship experience as i am not a final year student.

Placement Experience

Placement is not that good. Minimum CGPA for sitting into a campus placement interview is 6.5. TCS and infosis are major recruiters. Average oackage is 2.5 lac

Fee Structure And Facilities

Course is very much affordable. Total fee is 2,40000. Any there is some discount giving for Below poverty line students.

Hostel Facilities

Not residing in hostel. By the way hostel facility is good

Almost 20 faculties for B. Tech Cse. They are all Metch passes. The HoD is a Phd holder with 24 of teaching experience. After all they are good

From 6th semester students are offered various internship opportunities and placements opportunities start afterhand from the onset of 8th semester. Last year in 2024, the placement record stood at the highest pachage offered 52.89LPA and an average of 13.54LPA. More than 200 companies visited and more than 600 offers were made.

The Assam university in a nutshell

Placement Experience:

there are on campus placements but there are not many students who got a good placement .only 4th year students sit for campus placement . almost all of them get placed but majority of them chose to go for goverment exams or higher studies becuse of the good oppurtunity there . almost 20-40% students get placed with average package of 2.5 lpa and the higest been 20 lpa . many agri based company vist us for placement like manidra , amul etc.
