Remarks

Osmania medical college is very good in all aspects and if you are in a dilemma about which college to choose,go for osmania medical college undoubtedly.

Entrance Preview

I entered this college through EAMCET examination. At my time, I secured state 6th rank. Then I had a small dilemma about which college to choose for my MBBS. Then I asked many doctors and my seniors out if which most of them advised Osmania medical college. In MBBS your study will be directly on patients and osmania has surplus number of patients your scope of knowledge about any disease will be no where in comparison with other medical colleges as most of other medical colleges will not have enough number of patients. Best part of my college is that during teaching, each student will be given a patient. in other medical colleges there r not many patients in a group of students will be given a patient) But it is not that easy to secure a seat in osmainia Medical College. You need to be in the real top rankers list in EAMCET Examination.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum is well planned and is made to assure every student will get his knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

Internship. According to my seniors I didn't enter my internship is a tough job at osmania hospital as there will be many many many patients. But you will receive vast knowledge during your Internship.

Placement Experience

4

It is mandatory for an MBBS student to complete his PG to set up a clinic of his own or any other plan these days. The knowledge acquired during your education tenure will be enough to Crack through PG entrance during your first attempt.

It has sports, photography competetion singing dancing,dj,dhandia etc in which every one is open to participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Osmania medical college is a government medical college which is free of cost. A minimal fee if Rs 16,000 must be paid towards tuition fees. Many scholarships are available for those who cannot afford fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

I think there is no loan facility not sure but many scholarships are available for those who cannot afford fees.

Campus Life

4.5

Overall experience is very good. There is a good basketball court, volleyball court cricket ground all are well maintained and good. Table Tennis and badminton are also well played in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the course as I wanted to be a good doctor in India. The course's total duration is 5 yearand 6 month including internship. All department have almost 30 faculties. They teaches us theory in projector at lecture hall. Practical classes are conducted separately in individual department. We have to pass out all the subjects unlike engineering colleges there is no option of having backlogs if we fail in our exams, and so have to pass all the exams without fail. During the course, which is pretty chill during the regular days, and have exams every semester (6months) which are held by the college itself and the finals are held by the University every 3-5 semesters (no. of sems change every year ).
