Course Curriculum Overview

I opt for this course as i have a keen interest in this course The faculties of the college is excellent about every department has 5 to 6 phd's as faculties But the one thing that i can say is that there r many exams held through iut the year be it practical or theory.

Placement Experience

From 7 th and 8th semesters students are elogible for placements Many renouned mncs came on campus for placements Our college has highest placement of 72 lpa And the average is 5.5 lpa And median is 4.7 lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost is slightly more than the other private colleges in wb but the quality of education that rhey r providing is also much better than many other institutes the state. Talking scholarship i dont get any as my father has a govt. Job and also a tax payer And i am currently in first year i.e recently 1st sem is done and i have not done any internship till now but i know two of my friends are doing internship though.

Campus Life

There are many fests happening now and then Though the college campus is not so big but the facilities that it provides is much appreciated. It has underground playgrounds and mech. Labs all underground. The computer labs are excellent all labs are air conditioned though.

Admission

You should have 75 % in boards in class 12, You should clear the iemjee exam or u can also get into the college by wbjee ranking No management quotas are there as per my knowledge The admission process is very smooth no one has anything to worry about

Placement Experience:

From Third semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like P360, EY, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Neutanix, BinaryWorks and few more visited our college for placements and mostly 15 to 20 offers were made Highest package was around 5 to 6 lpa 50% students were placed I am now preparing for govt jobs and side by side also applying for offcampuses. I have also given CUET for pursuing M. Tech

Placement Experience:

Studentsbecome eligible for placements from 7th semester. Various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Godrej, etc. come for placements. Earlier many offers used to come however in the recent years the number of offers made have reduced significantly. highest package comes around 10 to 11 lakhs per annum with average being 4-5 lakhs per annum. I have kept my options open after completion of degree in doing further studies that is Mtech or getting into a job whichever seems appropriate at the situation.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from 7 and 8 semester also their are many placement on thee intern companies. thier are total of 50 t0 60 companies that visits year which leads to very good placement percentage, in mining its above 90 percent. companies which come are infosys, microsoft, google , coal india, tcs, pwc etc. the higest pacage was 39 lacs by coal india. as mentioned above the placement is very good and almost everybranch placement is between 79 to 95 percentage of student which are placed, their are many mass recruiter if you didnt get the best pacakge you still have the chance to get a good package from the mass recruiter. my plan after degree is to advance in computer science even if i dont have the branch but i have the passion to do coding and become a web developer also i will try to get some more degree like mba and mtech and i will also try if i get selection to study abroad.

Students are eligible for campus placements from 7th sem. The names of comanies visited are TCS, Infosys, Capegimini,Tech mahindra etc. Some students Got 2 offer laters . Highest packages last year was 47 LPA (off Campus) 27LPA ( on campus). Average pakage was 5-6Lpa. The job role is Software Development. Percentage of Students Got placement is 92-95% In my Deoartment. Other is Around 70_90%. My plans to take placement from product based company.

Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

If frustration would have a definition.

If you want to join ths college you have give IEMJEE (their own admission exam) or through WBJEE Exam. But don't worry pal half of it's admission is done by management quota and rest of the seat is seal by external broker.
