The quality of the college it's infrastructure and all is good compared to other colleges.
There is no ragging and there is a friendly atmosphere in the campus
The labs in the college are nice there is acces to WiFi

Dislikes

The co curricular side of the college is very poor
Students are not given the opportunity to bring out their skills

I choose this course because it was an emerging course and job opportunities are more for this course. The faculties in the college and well educated and are supportive.The exams are conducted as module test first then internals finally University exam.

Class Size: 52Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Each semester we have to pay approximately 40000 to 42000.In addition to that comes the university examination fees.I was having Prime minister scholarship because my father was a ex-servicemen.Yearly I get an amount of 30000

Campus Life

Each year we are having tech fest at college named Tharang.It usually comes in even semester.The college contains an average library.Each year we will be having a sports meet but I think it's for name sake.

I directly went to the college and took admission.We went to the office and talked to them .The examined my 10th and 12th mark and gave me admission.The fees per semester is 45000.I had a PM scholarship.I was okay with the admission process and they treated me well.

IIIT KOTTAYAM - a Honest review

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Remarks:

If one is expecting a top notch or atleast medium level college life and campus experience, this is not the place for you. Teachers and faculties will treat you like little kids, discouraging you from everything but studies. You will never find a mental balance if you are one of the above. If all you care is a place to study and have a degree in peace, then this is the right place for you. It have a beautiful ambience of nature. Since its study only you are after, the entire college from teachers to director will support you to any extend.

As my college doesn't promote any festivals or celebrations its top most priority is to provide quality education to their students. Good Campus and enjoyed the time in there.

We had a common exam for the admissions. And the rank in the exam determines which college we get to study. I was trying to get into the government college. But didn't had enough rank to get the set. This i got into Jyothi engineering college Thrissur according to my rank. Couldn't apply to other colleges because the system works like that. If we get any college we should join there. The real review

Actually when I was writing my boards I paid 10000 and they asked me to block myself a seat. They kept two conditions two score above 85 percentage in 12th and keam should be qualified.i happened to get both so after that I went back to college they gave me a check list of documents to bring for registration. I bought those they registered me in.
