Likes

The teachers give support for not only in course related also for personal problems.
Before we complete the degree, the chance of we get job is high.
Trees were planted si that the environment is also good to see. is

Dislikes

The ratio of fees to the facilities in the hostel is worst.
Worst thing in the college is canteen food it is really not good.
College bus sometimes got breakdown. Due to we can't reach the college on time.

Course Curriculum Overview

The ratio between the students and faculty members is good and they treat all the students in a good way. Availability of staff in the college is high for labs, R&D, placement, etc. During study leave we can ask any type of doubts about the subject, they explain it clearly so we easily get pass in exams.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement percentage will vary from department to department example in IT, and CSE the placement percentage is high but in mechanical, civil, etc. It is quite less but overall it is high almost 87% of the students got placed. The placement fees per year will cost Rs.4000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees can vary from student to student Example for I don't have any type of reservation benefits so I have to pay the full fee of Rs 20000. For others it will be varied depending upon what type of reservation benefits they have. Hostel fees are Rs.40000 now.

Campus Life

The college is good in Event, Extracurricular activities, Sports, etc. Especially in sports many of the students owned trophies and gold medals in all the sports like cricket, volleyball, etc.. some of them are in state and also in the National team.

Admission

The admission takes place in both online and offline mode. For offline mode, we should go to the administrative block of the college where we can find the application form. We should pay Rs.500 for the application form and the good thing is separate staff will be provided to explain the details of the admission process.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.
