Likes

Due to good teaching method, the students are getting good knowledge technically.
Infrastructure of the college is good. In everywhere they planned many trees. It is nice to see.

Dislikes

The hostel fees is worth for the fees of Rs. 37000 per year.
The food is the not in good quality in the college canteen it is only and not healthy to eat.

Getting to pass exams is not difficult because they conduct exams every month so that we get some experience to know how to pass semester exams easily. The way of teaching of the faculty members is really good.

Top recruited companies like TCS, and MNC arrived for campus interviews in our college. If a student gets eligible for TCS placement he should have zero arrears and more than 60% in their 10th and 12th standard. The college is good in placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college fees are Rs. 40000 per year and it varies for various things due to my am a first graduate I only pay Rs.5000 in college fees of Rs. 35000-37000. The hostel fees are quite not worth the facilities.

Campus Life

Books available in the library are a lot. They provide specific hours for the library every week which is really useful for us. The sports ground is in good condition and it was nearly maintained. Extracurricular activities like blood donation were done by the clubs in the college.

Hostel Facilities

If we see about hostel, the facilities is not that much worth for the fees because food is not sometimes good and in my room the fan does not properly at overall the facilities of the hostel for the fees Rs. 37000 is quite not worth.

Hostel Fee: INR 35000 per year

Admission

The admission process takes place both online and offline for counselling we should pay Rs. 5000 fees for Anna University. The eligibility for admission is to have completed 10th, and 12th with 50%. The application form will cost around Rs. 500.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.
