The admission to this college was through the KEA entrance exam. The state board conducts an exam called K-CET after regular board exams. One can take admission through comedk, and also management seats are also available. You should contact college administrators through their website. The board will release cutoffs for different category people. It will provide both aided and unaided seats. It all depends on the rank you get. I m in ISE 1st yr 2nd sem in NIE The only good thing about this college is placements for ISE and CSE that u will often hear abouRest pls don't make expectations from campus it's horrible. This place is specifically a nightmare for North Indians. Only The new building for EE and ECE is good but for the rest the classrooms r horrible. Talking about sports there is a basketball court and a common field for cricket and football. Only diamond jubilee is good in which u can play badminton and tt. I didn't get a hostel so I took udipi pg which I won't recommend at all. The food is not good for North Indians in a hostel and especially not in udipi pg. Udipi is also very expensive I would prefer either hostel or any other room or flat without food because there r 2 North Indian mess nearby which r decent Talking about placements what seniors told me that all college wants is 100% placements.
