Remarks

The college provide transport facility and has more than 20 buses which are made available to the students and the faculty members for commuting from various points in the city and also from the suburbs like Kecheri, Kunnamkulam, Guruvayoor, Edappal, Pattambi, Perumbilavu to the campus and back.

Entrance Preview

I took CET entrance test and my score was very good and i got admission in this college by giving personal interview round.

Placement Experience

College provides good placement facility in so many good companies like:- National Power Grid Sub-power Station, Sriperambudur, Cosmosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd., ISRO, VSNL, MOTOROLA LTD, Software Division, HEWLETT PACKARD – COMPAQ Ltd. etc.

College Events

College celebrates technical and cultural festivals in their campus. There are events like blood donation camp, Health check up Kemp.etc held in this college. The technical and Cultural festival is awesome students took part and enjoyed a lot.

Hostel Facilities

There are separate hostels for men and women on the campus, with all facilities for study and recreation. Mess food is good in taste and very hygienic and served on the dinning table to every student.

IIIT KOTTAYAM - a Honest review

Placement Experience:

As seniors said the average package is around 10lpa.If you have descent skills and above 8 cgpa you will get this average package. If you upskill yourself with effort which many students do here then you can also get above 15lpa which many seniors got.The highest package was off-campus by an ECE Student in Google despite having cgpa around 6.He had very good skills as a full stack developer.

Remarks:

If one is expecting a top notch or atleast medium level college life and campus experience, this is not the place for you. Teachers and faculties will treat you like little kids, discouraging you from everything but studies. You will never find a mental balance if you are one of the above. If all you care is a place to study and have a degree in peace, then this is the right place for you. It have a beautiful ambience of nature. Since its study only you are after, the entire college from teachers to director will support you to any extend.
