Best College of Gujarat

At my college time i have to travel by two three bus which was very hectic but the college enviorement was so greenery that i forget all the things and the management are so cooperative that they understood theproblem of students and put the prograamme accordingly whether it is exam, conference, drama, cultural programme or sports day.

At my time the entrance test was not there even though the percentage of entrance was higher-75% and more. Interviw was taken by head of department Mr. H.M.Desai who was very strict and knowledgeble.

The course structure was excellent and very useful even after 30 yrs also the course materials are still useful for the operation of my daily job in my company. The curriculum was so pact ful that it covers almost all the angle of the subject needed and also very user friendly and not much more complicated.

We had sent to different company from our college for intership like GNFC and IPCL wher we got the stipend. with a very good experience of handling the process.

Almost all are placed well and in a very good position in the oil and other company. It is a very good opportunity for all the chemical and other engineer after passing from this college. Now a days a very good company are coming for campus interview. Minimum package is 3lakhs to 12 lakh depend upon need of company. The Company like ONGC , IOC , HPCL,Relince are very eagar for campus interview and choose the excellent students asper their needs.

Annual sports day celebrated every year and i was stood first in chess through out the my college period. Technical conference were there in each and every month.Annual cultural programmegive the chance to uplift the talented singers, musicians, dancers and drama.

The scholarshipis sponsored by technical board of gujarat but i had not availed it. Though loan facilities are availavlewith different banks but it was never needed in our time.

The gender ratio in college was 65:35. The work shop was near by. The sports activity centeris inside the college. Nearby water canal is flowing which give beter option for freshness and a hanuman temple was unforgotten whci was always blessed during exam time.

Alumni is very strong and seniors are very helpful and spread all over india. One of my college senior is incharge of section and another senior is head of the department. I was always affected by their way of work.

Semester wise exam from was taken Gujarat technical examination board. In college also term exam is taken in every month. The professor are very keen to teach according to course.The lab was old but even though fulled with all equipments needed. The real experience like working in company are always there in the lab.
