Life in GIPS

In GIPS the admissom process is very good. You can also get the admisson online. Before admissom you have to submit a from. And then collage will take an interview of you. If you pass the interview then you can take the admisson. Many students apply but did not pass the interview.

In b pharm, it's a degree of medicine. In this course, you have to give your full focus on this. In GIPS we have 3 sessional exams and 1 end semister exam. In the seasonal exam, you have to get 15 out of 30 to pass the exam. If you fail the exam then you have to attend a tutorial class on this subject on Saturday. And also we have assignments. You have to complete all your assignment and 80% attendance is compulsory mean if you did not have 80% in all subjects then the college did not sit you in the sessional exam.

In the 7th semister of b pharm, you have to do an industrial internship. This is organized by collage. And you have done a 20 days long internship. Where you will give different tasks to complete and after you complete the internship you will get a certificate from them.

In the 8th semister, students will eligible for campus placement. Our college will organize campus placement. Where different companies come and if you pass the interview then you will get the job. Companys like sun pharma, Ajanta pharma will come. And they have different requirements. In starting you will get 2.5 lakhs of the package and other offers are there. In GIPS most of the students get the placement. My plan after b pharm is I will study for M pharm in GIPS.

In the first semister, you have to give 86,000 and for the other 8 semesters, you have to give 72,000. And also if you break any apparatus in a practical lab your group has to pay for that apparatus. In GIPS you have to apply for many scholarships under NSP. In GIPS if you apply for a scholarship and your application is all right then you will definitely get the scholarship. In the 8th semister after passing the end semister exam you can sit on campus placement interview. In GIPS most of the students get the job.

In GIPS except for studies we have EPUITUISIUM as our annual fest. On our campus we have 2 colleges one is GIPS ( girijananda Chowdhary institute of pharmaceutical science) and GIMT ( girijananda chowdhary institute of management and technology). Our annual fest is the same and we have also sport weak. But in it conducted separately. In GIPS we have a central library. Where we get all our books. College faculty will tell you not to buy any books because in GIPS you get all books in the central library and also we have a reading room. Where you study whenever you want to. In GIPS and GIMT collage will organize different campaigns. Such as blood donation camps. And also some extracurricular activities. We have some Instagram pages which run by students of gips.
