Remarks

The college is under the University of Delhi which itself is a huge plus to take admission here. An entrance exam was held and that's how I got admission here. The application and registration details can be found on the official website of Amar Jyoti Institute of Physiotherapy (AJIPT).

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I was into Biology since plus 2 hence this, the teaching faculty is really nice here as they entertain every doubt raised by the students. All the teachers have a lot of experience of teaching and are really easy to go-to for any sort of doubt regarding anything.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 81000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The initial fee was below 90000 but now is under 110000. After the completion of the course the caution fee is returned and various scholarships are offered at the same time that is after the completion of the course.

Campus Life

4.5

There are 4 different activities planned for every year. There is a brain teaser quiz that has questions related to the course. There is a sports event called as "Ripples". Freshers for first years and convocation for fourth years are also held.

A very good campus , with a canteen and places to hang out.
Faculty is quite friendly with you and problems are solved easily.

Dislikes

Less data connectivity if you are using mobile in the class

Course Curriculum Overview:

Its an excellent course , you get to work in various fields provided such as sports , pediatrics, etc. Real world experiments are conducted in labs. The internals are conducted withing the campus and the centre is moved when annual exams are conducted.

Good college to join

Placement Experience:

Placement offered very well. MNC companies approach every year. In the final year, we become eligible but we do are given entrepreneurship opportunities here. You can launch your own clinic with help of faculties guidance. 500 rs approx per hour per patient for a home visit after completing course roughly 20000 per month and the clinic is an addon. It attracts me a lot. On orientation day we were told our seniors are in apollo, blk, max, fortis, escorts and many other Hospitals at the good package. Government hospital as usual never offers placement in any course so it's out of the question.

Keep working

Since always I've wanted to enter the medicinal field so as to help others, and among them, my best choices were either cardiology or physiotherapy. I chose Amar Jyoti Institute of physiotherapy because of its well-maintained reputation on physical and mental rehabilitation and the work done in both these fields by the professors present here. The College is close to my home and as it also comes under DU, this college was one of my first choices. The admission was done on the basis of an entrance exam and then an interview taken by senior professors including the college principal. I was actually informed about this college by a relative of mine who was actually a long-time patient at the facilities' physiotherapy rehab center. The campus is an open and free space. Even though we haven't actually gotten the chance to visit the college for classes, the few occasions I visited left me with warm feelings, it indeed is a wonderful place....Read More
