Remarks

The admission process was seamless and structured with three rounds after the entrance exams, they were group discussion, written ability test and personal interview. The forms can be be found on the snap website (official symbiosis website) and the only improvement I would need in the process is that we should be allowed to pay for applications to different under SIU umbrella after we get out percentiles from our snap paper. As students who don't achieve 98+ percentile lose out on SIBM PUNE and SCMHRD, that means 2500 rupees are wasted. Rest all in the admission process is amazing

Course Curriculum Overview

Both course curriculum and overall the function of the college is amazing. The entire staff is well overqualified to teach us and they bring their vast experiences in the industry with them which helps us gain real-life practical experience of the different industries.

Internships Opportunities

Internships are provided by all types of companies, 100% placement in this and stipends range from 15000-100000. There is huge scope for learning and many take internship so they can decide which specialization to opt for in their second year.

Placement Experience

The placements are rolling placements and they give amazing opportunities. The season of placement goes on for 4 months with different top brand companies approaching us. There is plenty both in MNC and start ups. Avg package is 10.3 lakhs and the highest was 32 lakhs

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees is a bit on the higher side though the entire structure itself is quite common in tune when it comes to other top MBA colleges. There was very little number of scholarship and most students take out loans to pay the fees.

Campus Life

Life at the campus is good. The mess has nice quality food. Rooms are decent with enough amenities provided. Though campus overall is small in area as compared to other colleges. The library is well stocked and an e-library is also provided.

Hostel Facilities

Meal qualify is fine with both veg and nonveg options. though the process of hostel registration is tedious. There is a lot of documents needed to bring in. No PG is allowed as it is compulsory to stay on campus for the full-time course.

Interview Experience

The topics were all mostly general and those that were in the news at the time. Some were abstract topics as well. I prepared for the rounds with TIME institute. The overall functioning of the round was efficient and very unbiased.

ISME: THIS IS ME !!

Course Curriculum Overview:

For jobs, it prepares you very well. You work through real case studies, Harvard business simulations, and a 4-to-6-month corporate internship, so you aren't completely clueless on day one at an office. If your goal is a PhD or pure research, though, it leans a bit too practical and corporate rather than deeply academic.

Likes

I liked the faculty members as they are very approachable
Mentorship programs, international certifications
The diversity of students in our batch. Students came from all the parts of India.

Dislikes

College is very far from the main city and the airport as well.

Curriculum is very student friendly. We have guest lectures from various industry experts, subject matter experts etc. Our course is more practical based and industry focused. We also have regular exams for continuous monitoring.

Great Learning Experience

Likes

The batch size is small and competitive.
The International Immersion Program at Singapore
Industry Trajectory Program, which includes paid internship opportunities for 6 months months at top companies like Grant Thornton and ITC

Dislikes

The campus is far away from the main city
The 80% attendance in college is mandatory

Placement Experience:

We sit for final placements from our second year whereas other internship opportunities starts from the very beginning, like in our first year we had companies like EY and Deloitte for our Summer Internship Placement (SIP)

Likes

Facility is very qualified. Faculties from IIM are also there. They are very friendly. They gives us extra support and mentorship after class also
College infrastructure is also good. Full of greenery amd calm environment and location is aldo good.
Placement is also good. And ROI is also good as per the fees.

Dislikes

The schedule is very hectic. And hostel timing is also short for returning.

Placements are also there 240+ recruiters come for campus placements. Average package is 8 to 9 lakhs and highest package is 17 lakh. We have Industry trajectory programme with big 4 like Kpmg GT etc

We have good faculties, who are very friendly and approachable
Study matarial is also very helpful, we are getting enough information and learnings we want
Corporate exposure of this college is amazing...we are getting good internships related to our feild

Placement Experience:

240 recruiters come to this college....we have industry trajectory program, placement oriented term, mock interviews, workshops. We have average package of 8pla and highest package is 17 lpa. We have career opportunities cell which prepare you for summer internships and final placement. In ITP students get stipend between 25 to 40k.

The basic eligibility of this course is to have 50 per cent marks in 12. A candidate must have to appear in the SNAP test, organised by SIU. SNAP Test has 3 attempts and only the attempt with have best score is considered. SNAP fee is 2250 per attempt. Moderate difficulty level. It's more of a time-based test. SIBM Bengaluru : Why you should consider it as a viable option for your B-school hunt ?

The entrance exam was SNAP. Moderate difficulty and each year a specific section is tough. You can find the application form for SNAP on the website snaptest.org. The exams are conducted well and you get two tries to improve your score and your best score from those two tries is considered. Experience till date

The for which applied was MBA (general). The process was smooth and every step efficiently evaluate the quality of students. The first was a snap test followed by shorting. The second step was the Ge-PI-wat process, which was a wonderful experience for me and my fellow students. We go through all the processes and then we get the final result and according to that, we got the college. My journey begins from there. I join the college started attending classes to get to know about my batchmates and senior, all of them are helpful and wonderful. We have world-class faculty here and so on.
