Remarks

I had applied for Sri Guru Nanak Dev Khalsa College(DU) for B.com(Hons) programme. I got admission in the 8th cut off i.e. 92%. Admission criteria are very simple first u have to confirm your eligibility criteria on the admission window and then you have to collect the admission brochure and compile it with the application form and submit it to respective faculties to ensure smooth admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I am B.com(Hons) because it has good faculty teachers plus one can get access to a variety of job offers or internships as compared to B.com or BBA. Faculty: The student is good as the faculty is highly educated and well supported. The teacher teaching method is quite good. They used to teach with help of practical examples and with projectors too.

Internships Opportunities

3

Internships partners with placements are Outlook group, Josh talks, Jaro educations and many more. I also applied for the internship with Josh talks and got selected. My intership experience is quite good.

Placement Experience

3

One can sit in placements irrespective of any semester. Internships or placements are available for every student. Companies like Byjus, Accenture, British Telcom, Tommy Hilfiger, etc come for placements and internships. Highest package: 8LPA, Average package: 3LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

Don't know much about the fees hike policy but overall one can complete its B.com(Hons) programme at a cost of 56000 includes admission and examination fees. One can get job placement in a placement cell of our college with good companies like Buyj's, Accenture, etc.

Campus Life

3

Every year an annual fest is conducted plus freshers also. I must say the library is very good. Full of different kinds of books and magazines and journals. One can issue a book for one month without any charges. Maximum all societies are run by students independently like SOFICA and placement cell and VANAJ, etc

Other Applied Colleges

Remarks:

The infrastructure is a bit old. It needs to be renovated for the students to study in a peaceful and happy atmosphere. Overall the college is good and is rated B by NAAC. There should also be cameras for each class to keep a check on the students.
