Shah Bhavin's Review On Sarvajanik College Of Engineering And Technology - [SCET], Surat

College management is good but some improvement is still required for next generation.

I had given GATE exam for gujarat i have score 80 percentage. I want to become chemical engineer and i am basically from surat, SCET is also located in surat, surat is a very very nice city so, i have choose this college.

This course is very important and nice course from this field we can take a job in different fields such as refinery industry, plastic industries, petrochemical industry, cement industry, teaching field etc. We can also research on many levels so, chemical engineering students can do whatever they want.

During 2013, three to four companies were came for campus interview reliance industry ltd, Essar oil ltd, Naveen fliurine ltd and meghmani organics ltd.

20-22 students were placed in different companies they offer from 3 to 6 lakh package three to four companies were came for campus interview reliance industry ltd, Essar oil ltd, Naveen fliurine ltd and meghmani organics ltd. Reliance and essar are one of the best companies so i have joined Reliance industries at hazira.

So many events are organised in my collage such as technical, cultural, management festivals these events are on national level so, so many students are coming from different colleges and took part in different events garba night and techno fest is one of the best events.

Fees structure of collage is very expensive my yearly fees is forty thousands so i paid twenty thousand per semester but compare to other standard college fees of this college is feasible Nirma university take ninety thousands per year for same course svnit takes sixty thousands per year for same course.

No any scholarship or loan facility is available for any student if they will provide this type of facilities then it will be help full for many poor students.

Gender ratios is very important for college life un this college this ratio is not maintained workshop is organised for different fields this type of workshop is very important for students political parties are also there so many people are playing politics for their self growth.

In case of hostels, the facility of hostels are not so much good rooms are also small hostel seats are also few but in surat city pG's facilities are awesomeso many of my friends are leaving in pGs guest house. Their rent is also feasible so pgs rooms are better than hostel.

Senior students are very helpful for us they will give their assignments, materials, solved papers etc alumini of collage is also good.

Exams and labs are hectic day for me here semester system is going on my university is south gujarat university and exam structure of this university is very third class they are not interested in students future they only gave passing marks not giving first class at least.

1st i have given entrance exam then i went to Ahmedabad where the process of admission is going on here all engineering students are came for admission of engineering according to marit list they are calling one by one and they check all the related documents then i have to chose my field and college.

The staff teacher of the college is very qualified each and every team is well educated and experience all re expert in each and every subject all are master of chemical engineering some of them are doctors their guidance for students are encouraged to them hatts of to all staff of SCET college.
