Remarks

I'm an alumnus of this college. I'm here to review our college. Our college is located outside of Coimbatore city within 20kms. They provide a good education for their students. They provide some offers to merit students to get admission to this college. The college located in a very peaceful place. They provide a great facility in college and hostel.

Course Curriculum Overview

My dream is to become an aeronautical engineer so I choose this course. At that time they provide some offers to me because of my scores. There are 50+ faculties are working there. Some faculties completed doctorate degrees and some of them completed me. Some faculties are friendly in teaching. There is a short time to pass all exams if you study well or else they provide some special class for the students.

Course Fees: INR 174000 per year

Placement Experience

In the 6th semester your eligibility to campus placements. In this semester they only selected you and your working from after completing the course. There are many more companies that are visited for a placement. Some of the companies are Wipro, HCL, TCS, focus edumatics, byjus.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees 70,000 and hostel 75,000 miscellaneous fees 5,000. They provide a scholarship named Vigyan. In this scholarship, they give about 20,000 per year. You can pay the term of the fee wise. They give time to pay fees.

Campus Life

Vihaan is the name of an annual fest that is celebrated in March month. Nehrusiam is the name of a tech-fest that is celebrated in the October months. There is plenty of books available in the library. Especially foreign author books also available which helps the students to understand the important concepts.

Hostel Facilities

They provide cart, bedsheet, pillow in the rooms and they also provide free wifi. The meal quality is excellent. They provide a puffey system in hostel food dinings. Cleaners always surrounding around the hostel buildings. Registration for a hostel is easy to process. They ask for college bill and admission card only. Kaliyapuram is the place where you can rent a room.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience:

The placement in the college are average and students usually become eligible for campus placements from the final year or last semester.A few companies visit the campus for recruitment, mainly offering entery level roles in technical and non technical fields the average package offered is moderate and suitable for fresh graduates while higher package depends on the student skills and performance around the fair percentage of students get placed while others prefer higher studies or prepare for competative exams the college also give the basis placement training such as aptitude practice communication development and interview guidance which helps the students improve employment

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

I am from andhra pradesh i have seen college here but they are high in fee also karnataka they are high But here they gave concession on my fee based on my marks And also heard that this college is good and have good placement opportunity. REVIEW FOR NEHRU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.

college, department teachers are Good and teaching is a little bit decent, you get all benefits and enjoyments from the department, but they are strict in labs and academic. Every sem you have Add-on courses from industry people. Final year you have projects related to ML, data science, etc They will provide placement training before attending placements, The placement is somewhat good. 12th in computer science are eligible for BE(CSE). You can find the application on the TNEA counseling website. There are reservation benefits. The admission process is not good as the admission center is very far from the college....Read More
