This institute is 153 years old and having specialised courses for Construction Project Management and Real Estate. Admission will be based on the entrance exam taken before an interview and the admission will start from the month of February. The college should be preferred to others because of highly skilled and experienced faculties and great infrastructure with advancement along with the trend or market studies. This course was related to the Construction field with more advancements so as a Civil Engineer I choose this course for better achieving. Institute has highly qualified facilities for each subject and maximum students capacity is 60 students per class with a maximum of two classes per year for each course. All the faculties are with a masters degree and plenty of experience and some of them are PHD holders and construction and real estate industry, professionals. There are a total of four semesters for this course which is for the 2 years. Every exam is inspected internally as well as externally in terms of plagiarism. Every student has to be in or above 6 pointer scale for every semester.

I got an Internship opportunity in Kohinoor development corporation Ltd in Pune, kondhwa region as a Construction Project Management Trainee. The internship was without stipend. The task for an internship was a comparison of actual vs budgeted cost of the project for the interval of two months.

From 3rd semester students will be eligible for placements The placement criteria for placements is having 6.0 or above pointer in attempted semesters and they have to keep that grade up to the end of the course. The highest package was 30 lakh for Dubai bases company related to Real Estate and minimum Package was 3.75 lac for the freshers in Construction Project Management course. 40% of students get placed while 20% opted out and the rest of the students are still getting placement opportunities from the institute.

Fees for these courses are bit costly but worthy in terms of being skilled professionals. 10% rise in fees after every passing batch. I got an internship opportunity from this institute in Pune as a Construction Management Trainee. There is a 50% fees discount for the highest ranked in their degree courses. For MBA Entrance exams they have different criteria for the discount.

AMINOVA is the biggest fest for the institute which is conducted by the Amity University Mumbai in the month of April. There are ample of books related to the course in the library and also have the web facilities for the knowledge and study purpose. Classrooms are neat and clean with a capacity of 60 students each. There are many sports and cultural activities for each and every festival and special events for social awareness as well as traditional keep up.

There was an entrance exam for the first qualification round and then qualified students will face the Personal Interview and Group Discussion round to qualify for the course. Preparation for this process depends on the Civil Engineering knowledge and market studies for the recent update regarding the Construction and Real Estate sector.
