One of the well disciplined colleges in south Tamil Nadu with experienced and dedicated faculties and good placement record with moderate fees structure. This college offers management scholarships for students with outstanding academic performance based on their cgpa. Wifi enabled campus with good laboratory facilities are provided to students. Students are given an opportunity to improve their internal marks by writing an exam in addition to three internal exams. The place which helps you learn lot of extra curricular activities apart from studies. Co-curricular and extra-curricular clubs in this college help students in organizing various events for college students. Various events for school and college students are organized by clubs like Radix, Gyanmitra, Legacy and Fiesta. Good and well furnished hostel facilities are provided to students. Menus for mess are chosen by the students. Students can choose vegetarian or non-vegetarian food based on their choice. Hostel day and pongal day are celebrated in hostels in which many competitions are organized for hostellers.
Course Curriculum Overview
The overall syllabus is good. Feedbacks regarding syllabus are collected from the students. The syllabus for the upcoming regulation is modified based on the feedbacks collected so far. Also the students are encouraged to enroll for online courses to enhance their skills.
Placement Experience
Many companies visit the campus for recruitment which includes both core and IT companies like Zoho, HCL, Verint, Trimble, CTS, Infosys. The placement rate is high.The students are allowed for internship offered by the companies during the final semester.
College Events
Various technical and cultural events are organized for students by various clubs. Every saturday club events for college students are conducted for which prizes are given for those who perform well in those events. Online events like quiz, story writing and many fun events are also conducted for students.Technical symposium like GyanMitra and Cultural events like Legacy and Fiesta are organized for students by Co-curricular and extra-curricular clubs respectively. Also an event called Radix is organized for school students. The students are motivated and encouraged to participate in Hackathons. Special training is also given for those who are much interested in participating hackathons.
