My reasons1.FIRST OF ALL IT IS NIT SIKKIM,AN INSTITUTION OF NATIONAL IMPORTANCE.2.EDUCATION AS IT IS NIT,NAME SAYS IT ALL. NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE.So these were my reasons for joining this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is prepared to establish a balance between research field and industrial field. being very Frank Permanent Faculty is good in CSE/IT but not a very big number. Don't expect them to spoon feed you.ECE has a larger pool of faculty and they are good.
Placement Experience
Placements are great for cse branch. Placements takes place every year. Pre placement are also given to the students after projects and internships tha average placement is 8 lpa and highest around 20lpa
College Events
The events are organised very often. events includes technical as well as cultural events.It regularly organizes Guest Lectures, Workshops and Seminars for it students related to academic and placement topics. And they are great.
Campus Life
