Remarks

As Government College has less fees and Scholarship Also reputation of Academic which provides all over growth along with good placement. As I am belongs from middle class family only my father generat income from his job so it becomes important to me get such college where less fees and hostel,mess etc facilities available at reasonable cost. Along with that teachers and Academic History of Institute are important all of these things I got at Government College of engineering Karad so I join their and successful completed the course and get job from college Placement prior to completion of course.

Course Curriculum Overview

All curriculum Activities such as Sports, Cultural activities, Technological Competition, Yoga,gym, Dram, Library etcOur college have BE Mechanical, Civil, Electronics and Telecommunications, IT, Electrical along with these MCAI got well experienced faculty of Lectures, HOD and Principals

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 58000 per year

Placement Experience

college has well established and experienced placement cell. BPCL,MAHANAGAR GAS, COGNIZANT,WIPRO,TATA MOTORS, TECH MAHINDRA, JHON DEAR etc companies every year place many of students with great package. College Alumni are connected with college by alumni association. Every year Alumni Association arrange programs at college. Alumni are well established and we'll known in society provides job opportunity to students in their company.

My college has British structure main Building Spread in about 100 acres which looks beautiful along with Eight Hostel Building's of about 200 capacity each. Full spaced Play Ground. College have well established library with full of refrance book's comics and newspaper etc. All engineering departments have fulfilled labs with working equipment's. 24x7 Wi-Fi facility for students available.

REAL INSIGHTS OF RIZVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.

An honest look at my college

I have given MHT-CET exam to be eligible to get admission in this collge with the mimum percentile of 95. Then through cap round-1 I got this college. I availed the benefit of EBC scholarship which require the income proof of less than 8 Lakhs per annum. Due to EBC Scholarship I got 50% tuition fee waiver.The eam has intermediate to high difficulty level. Admission process was very convenient.
