Remarks

I want to take admission in University of Delhi because it provides great opportunities and learning experience, in DU colleges there are various activie societies whose part you can become and can learn and experience new things, and DU fest is also famous all over, fees is also very less as compared to other universities as DU is central university, during students election there is totally different environment in all over the colleges of DU which you will not see in any other universities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is well designed and course Bcom Honours is also good as it will give you vast knowledge of accounting and other domains. Faculties are also good and in college professor will not tell you to study it is totally depends on you whether you want to study or only want to have fun or having fun and study together, some faculties are really good and focus on teaching and some rarely care about it and rarely take class it depends on teacher to teacher. Satyawati College has one of the biggest Auditorium in comparison to other colleges of Delhi University.

Placement Experience

2

In Satyawati College there is a placement cell called "Saksham", it tries to call company for placement and some companies do visit but there is no clear data that how many people really get placed annd the salary offered and very less people also participate in placement as not very good company visit and job role offers is also not very good, some job role offers are cold calling, call center job, sales job etc.

College Events

3.5

There are various societies whose part you can become and if you are also inclined towards social activities than also it will provides lots of opportunities and the fest of DU is already famous, Satyawati College also have very big play ground and is also equipped with sports equipment which is good for a sport enthusiast, and freshers party and farewell party is organised by students which is also a good learning experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university doesn't beat around the bush while deciding the courses. They have picked only the subjects and the curriculum that are suitable for our field and focus on making us future-ready. Some subjects might seem a little fast-paced, but if you are consistent enough, you won't face any problems. It is safe to say that the exams and things taught in most the subjects are same to that of its so there is no lacking behind in that aspect.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is mostly aligned towards Economics but you don't need to have prior experience in the field, you can start afresh and still excel. I picked this course specifically for the Analytics part of it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is relevant and comprehensive, with practical modules and industry-focused content that influenced my choice. It effectively bridges academic knowledge with real-world applications. However, adding more case studies and interdisciplinary approaches could enhance learning. Exams are well-timed but could better assess critical thinking. Teaching methods would benefit from integrating more interactive and hands-on sessions.

Placement Experience:

National Law University (NLU), Delhi is the only university in NLU that provides good placement offers and not only placement offers but the university opens the doors of various opportunities for lawyers. For the 2019 batch in which I belong the college was able to maintain the offer package of 15 LPA which is in term was the highest in 2019 for our university and the average salary offer was around 7 LPA. Trilegal, OYO, Steel Authority of India Limited, Khaitan & Co., etc are the names of the few companies and firms that took part in the college placement drive.
