Remarks

The college is an ocean of vast knowledge and exposure to the field of agriculture. It provides the best of education from the best of faculty. The teachers are all helpful and the seniors are supportive. The stress free enviroment enables us to feel free and try our talents at ease. The vast opportunities given at the college makes it the perfect blend of college life.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is 3 years long and each year is divided into 2 semesters. The theory is lesser than the practical performed. We have 4-5 subjects per semester with 1 hour of theory class a day and 2 hours of practical classes. Externals and internals are taken each semester and the final result is generated on the basis of both the exams. We have 5 practicals in total, the percentage for the practical is more than the theory. The labs are fully equipped with agricultural models and technologies to let us study about them.

Placement Experience

3.5

The college does not provide any placement. This is a training college, which would enable you to work in different government agriculture sectors and also many reputed branches. This opens up the great opportunities for students who want to do training and practice the farming at the technical scale. All the education and training hence provided would let you have benefit to work in agriculture related sectors and government sectors without giving out an exam.

College Events

4

There are many cultural festivals and sports day related events celebrated at our college. Krishi mela (agricultural fest) is conducted every year for 4 days, NSS campaigns and all India tour for 3rd year students to gain experience in the field of agriculture and the famous native festivals, kannada thingala habba is celebrated for once in a month as activity for the students. We celebrate equality and secularism by showing our multi talents.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is paid semester wise, for the first semester it is INR 15,000, semester 2 at INR 7,000. Later the fees is taken at INR 5,000, making the total at INR 67,000. This is totally feasible in comparison to the agricultural education it would provide and with the given expertise, the exposure. The course opens up a lot of opportunities and we are able to work in reputed government sectors.

Campus Life

The college has large playgrounds where the students could play and release stress, the libraries and labs are fully equipped with all the essentials, the gym is there for the fitness lovers and everyone can join. The music and dance rooms are available too for students who would like to explore their skill in singing and dancing. The college has gardens where we can do gardening and grow our own flowers or grains. The infrastructure is built as a stress free and animal lover enviroment.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is at INR 3,000 for a month and provides a lot of facilities, like cleaned washrooms, separate rooms with proper cupboards, study tables, and coolers. The hostels are equipped with WiFi services. The mess timings are strict and offers healthy food with proper nutrition. The hostel is co-head and has separate buildings for boys and girls and is fully guarded by tight security and warden. The overall enviroment is safe and secure.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni comes whenever they want to and deliver us inspiring lectures and supports needed. They all are very humble and let know about various possibilities in the agriculture sector. They all are like our teachers and guide us through the hurdles experienced. I am under the guidance of my two favourite ex seniors and respect them at the level of teachers.

Admission

The admission to the college was conducted by giving an entrance exam, CET, and later a practical exam based on the basic agriculture. The result came in and i filled up the application form which was available online, and submitted my verified documents in the university, along with the fees. The admission procedure was relaxing and not that chaotic.

Faculty

5

The faculty of the college is well educated and noble. They know how to teach properly and are all very humble. I personally have a good rapport with one of my teacher. She always help me in the topics which i can not understand. The teachers are fluent in English which makes no language barrier and we are able to connect better. They guide us through and are always polite.

I think that even if all the jobs are replaced by ai even the ai doctors are working in the hospital so even if everything is replaced by ai the pharmacy can't be replaced by ai because we need to study on what disease are coming and what medicine is required to overcome that so we create the medicine which the ai can't do this is the main thing what made me join this course

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is much related to its aspects. I choose this only because I could not crack NEET exam . And also I was not interested in engineering, so finally I opt B pharm . Not yet preparing for the real world applications or further academic, but they provide basic knowledge that is required for particular times. Can provide more relevant knowledge about the real world and give examples to provide more knowledge. Really very difficult to cope up with the timings of only 3 hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1st i opted for b.pharm but once i got to know about pharm.d it shifted my focus, well Pharm.D is much bigger and deeper course as compared to b.pharm and m.pharm, there is an subject (pharmacotherapy) which is exclusive only for pharm.D , the course will bring in depth knowledge about drugs, manufacturing, storing, pharmacokinetics and dynamics, one thing i'd like to change is the practical knowledge, i would like to add more in depth practical knowledge, more exposure to the students in every aspects needed. The course is too big but with proper guidance and knowledge it feels easy.
