The campus of the college is huge with greenery all around. The infrastructure is good too with very little fee to not burden the students with. The college is located a little far from the main city although.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course is focused on the practical aspect considering the needs of the students to learn the subject and its applicability. The examinations are both internal as well as external, where internals consist of midterm paper, practicals, etc.
Placement Experience
Job opportunities regarding the course are many such as agriculture officers, bank field officers, UPSC. Private companies approach the campus to pick students as a sales manager or a researcher. The students can also opt for junior research fellowship exam.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is government aided and the fee is hence around 10,000/- and has to be paid annually. If you choose to stay in the hostel, the accommodation and mess charges are around 3000-4000 INR per month.
Fees and Financial Aid
As for scholarships, the students acquiring the highest number of marks in a particular batch are picked and selected for the scholarship program in which the student's will be provided with 10k-15k per year for their fees.
Campus Life
In the name of extra curricular activities, the college has youth fests, competitions, NSS, NCC and respective camps. The college also has fully equipped labs for learning and practical sessions of the curriculum.
Admission
I acquired a decent rank in the Karnataka UG Common Entrance Test and opted for this college. To be eligible for the entrance and admission, you have to have minimum passing marks in 10+2. The college also takes NRI quota students.
Faculty
The main focus of the faculty members in the college is dedication, education and growth. The encourage the students to do extensive research and help the students at every step of it. They are all highly qualified with Ph.Ds in their respective fields.
