Remarks

I have absolutely no complaints from college. I am doing my MBA now and every other day I get nostalgic about my time spent there! It has given me 3 fun and educational years of my life! I keep visiting my teachers now and then!

Course Curriculum Overview

The BBA course is a 3 year course, which is directed at sharpening a student's mind when it comes to business administration. It is the correct course for entrepreneurial youngsters and those who want to rise high in MNC administrations.

Placement Experience

College provides internships and workshops in bunches for us. Quite a few healthcare companies also come to recruit in our college. We also have a tie-up with the University of Milan Bicocca for semesters abroad!

Fee Structure And Facilities

The BBA fee structure is feasible and not as expensive as the MBA structure. We have to pay Rs 35,000 annually for three years. So the total fee of the course, barring hostel and exam charges is Rs 1,05,000.

Campus Life

Though we do not have sporting or cultural activities, we have a number of very important workshops like those for women empowerment, which is a must in the 21st century. Otherwise all students study and enjoy very well together.

Admission

For BBA admission, no entrance exam is required to be cleared. The cutoff for eligibility is to have at least 50% marks in 10+2, which I had. Then I applied online on their website with my documents and got selected via merit list.

Faculty

The faculty are all MBA holders themselves and thus they give us inputs during classes that may be required by us after we've left college. They infuse knowledge of sustainable development in our classes very well.

Honest Review about Praxis Business School

Placement Experience:

The placement record in my college is preety good. 80-90% students are already placed this year. Average package is around 9.5lpa. Companies like ICICI, KPMG, PWC, Vedanta, Mother Dairy and so many are coming for recuiting students.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

Placement is a race here. Handfull of good companies with good roles will come but they take good chunk of students. So be prepare for that and don't worry about getting good companies, here many companies offers better packages than those good companies.

The life in HITK

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement in cse, it ,ece and sometimes elec branches. The others dpt also offers a quite unique variety of placements from different companies. Nearly 60 percent of the students have been placed in this year and others are still on board for a positive response.

A Deep Dive into JGEC

Placement Experience:

From 4th year the students become eligible for on campus placements. Few companies that visited are BEL which offered 12lpa , wtw which also offered 12lpa , TCS which offered 9 lpa highest, and many more . Highest package offered this year was 54lpa by Microsoft (off campus) . On campus highest was BEL which offered 12 lpa , the average package is around 8 lpa . My plan is to prepare myself for government exams and get a job by the end of my 4th year .

IIT KHARGPUR- WORTH IT?

Placement Experience:

from 7th semester (for btech students), 9th semester (for dual degree students) students are eligible for campus placements. there are numerous companies which visit the campus...and generally nearly all students get placed during the placement season, but recently there has been recession and companies are not taking less number of the students than they usually do.
