The college campus is huge and the land is spread over an area of around 1200 acres. The campus has a lot to offer the students apart from good academic excellence and skilled and dedicated faculty members.
Course Curriculum Overview
B.Sc. in agriculture, horticulture, biochemistry, biotechnology, micro biology and food safety are the available courses in the college. The course gives the students a hands on experience with the subjects.
Placement Experience
Job opportunities are offered to the students in the field of research, banking ,finance, technology, etc. The students are also offered internships in their fourth year by reputed agri companies and they offer them a good stipend.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee per year is ?28,990 for the B.Sc. course and and the hostel and mess fee is separate. The hostel fee is Rs.1500 per month. The fee is quite rational and fair. It is feasible and can be afforded by the students.
Campus Life
The college has several committees and clubs that the students can be a part of. Sports activities and competitions are held every month. There are other competitions such as quizzes, debates, etc that are also conducted.
Admission
I had written the entrance exam and then done counseling after which I got admission in this college through that process. The admission process is easy and quick. The student must have biology as one of the subjects in their higher secondary education..
Faculty
The faculty members are well qualified in their respective fields. Counseling sessions and doubt sessions are held by the teachers, for the students, from time to time. They guide the students and also help the students to get internships.
