Remarks
The college is a very positive place where students can come to build a very strong career base. It is a true education place where you will be so engrossed in learning new things that you would be away from any negativities around you.
Course Curriculum Overview
It is a full time bachelors course of four years which is segregated into eight semesters. The first year focuses on laying the foundation of the what the course demands followed by the technicalities of designing in the second year. The third and fourth years focuses on the specialization chosen by the student and practical work.
Placement Experience
Currently, I am working in a very reputed company where I have been since I have graduated from the college. I was recruited from the placement fair of the college itself and I cannot thank my college enough for the opportunities they have given me to build my career.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee stricture is divided into eight semesters and consists of the tuition fees, exam fees, and other miscellaneous fees. The grand total for all semesters is Rs. 6.23 lakhs. This is a very feasible fee structure considering that the course is of a four-year duration.
Campus Life
We had many events that was organized by the students themselves. We had so much fun arranging workshops, seminars which helped us interact with many well known personalities from our sector. This further helped us to build connections which would be helpful in our future.
Admission
After completing my higher secondary I thought of applying for a designing course and found the bachelors for designing in leather goods and accessories course in Footwear Design and Development Institute. The selection for the course was done through an AIST examination which the students have to crack to get their names on the merit list. I was able to get good grades in the examination and was happily admitted to the course.
Faculty
The faculties are all very nice and are able to make us understand the course material very nicely. They just do not depend on the course material but also teaches us on the basis of practical experiences that they have come acros.
