Remarks

The college management was good. Our faculties are experienced and they are hardworking. College canteen provides good food with varieties. My experience with the college was memorable one. Fees structure was good and our college has library with lot of books.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course was updated syllabus. Learning new topic was refreshing and gained more knowledge about it. Our department conducted various seminar on topics. Many guest lecture came to our college and they shared their experience. End of each semester, exams of different papers are conducted.

Placement Experience

The college provides detailed knowledge about training and they conduct mock interview sessions. They provide placement assistance for students. Many companies come to our college for recruitment process and they select the students provide them with good salary package.

College Events

In our college convocation ceremony conducted for final years. There will huge crowd our parents will be present to celebrate along with us. We get our certificate and stand proudly in front of our parents and teachers. We participate in many competitions organized by our college and won many certificates.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees paid are feasible. My B.COM course was around ?15,850 which was manageable for me to pay. The fees included with tuition fees, exam fees and other fees. My study was three year course so every year the fees was paid separately

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities such as games, NSS etc are available in my college. There is no politics in our college. Interested students participate in the sports. Many students gets a chance to show their talents.

Admission

The college basic admission is based on +2 marks. The minimum level for entry in the college is 50% in +2 to qualify from recognized board. I had scored good marks in +2. And my name was on merit list so I attended my interview and got admitted to the college.

Faculty

Faculties are experienced in their particular course. They are talented and hardworking. They are attentive and interactive towards the students. Some faculties studied higher level than the others.

Course Curriculum Overview:

1st i opted for b.pharm but once i got to know about pharm.d it shifted my focus, well Pharm.D is much bigger and deeper course as compared to b.pharm and m.pharm, there is an subject (pharmacotherapy) which is exclusive only for pharm.D , the course will bring in depth knowledge about drugs, manufacturing, storing, pharmacokinetics and dynamics, one thing i'd like to change is the practical knowledge, i would like to add more in depth practical knowledge, more exposure to the students in every aspects needed. The course is too big but with proper guidance and knowledge it feels easy.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Course Curriculum Overview:

Speaking of psychology and Criminology, hands on to their interactive classes with real life examples which makes learning more interesting, the department also held orientation programs and sessions for students. Speaking of English department they need to improvise the faculty for the English departmentm rest eveything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a bachelor of arts degree in criminology, psychology and english optional. The branches of criminology and psychology are upcoming in India in the present time. Course taught is revelant and in present. It is regularly updated. I chose tge course mainly due to criminology. Various aspects of the subject is covered in 6 semesters such as forensic, ballistics, cyber, laws, victimology etc. They do take us on field visits. There is one mid sem exam and one final exam. There is record work as well as assignments given at regular interval. The difficulty level is medium.

I got my admission confirmed in online manipal university. Mainly my parents denied due to its fee structure. I choose ksou because it was cost effective and it is convenient. "KSOU: A Flexible and Independent Learning Experience"

* I didn't apply other colleges because I was looking for only distance education i didn't find other option which is near my location. I choose KSOU because it offered flexibelity with distance learning. Which allowed me to study at my own place. Other colleges had rigid schedules and higher fees than KSOU. * No I didn't get any rejection because I haven't applied other university or college. * Admission Process : Ksou admission process was smooth and simple, no complicated proceedures. Just go to the nearest KSOU regenal study center and they will help u regarding the same. *Eligiblity : KSOU requires a graduate degree for PG courses, and no entrance exams are needed for most courses. * Exams and cutoffs : There are no entance exams for most courses abd the cutoff is not struci.
