Course Curriculum Overview

The course was little difficult in the starting. Most of the curriculum is extension of class 11th and 12th course, it's just more specified and detailed. The exams are lengthy, though not hard. We have to learn a lot as the answers are very lengthy.

Placement Experience

Yes the college provides internships and access to internship providing sources. The college have in campus recruitment facilities. Many companies like Asian paints, Berger, IBM, HDFC visit the campus for recruitment process.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee is very nominal. They charge just Rs 9,500 for first year. The course is of three year duration and thus the total fee for the entire programme is Rs 30,000 which is reasonable. Also there are scholarships present.

Campus Life

The college organise many seminars and workshops on various topics. We have regular talks and sessions with eminent personalities. Many celebrities also visit the campus for promotion of their movies.

Admission

I applied to the college before the declaration of results of 12th class. Then the college released a cut off and my marks were above the cut off released. We went for verification and confirmation of the documents and then payed the fee on the same day.

The teachers are pretty decent. They have high educational qualification from esteemed universities. They were very supportive in our first years. They provided us with various references and copies of important chapters.

LPU Jalandhar is a nest!

Placement Experience:

Over a crore package too have been inked form LPU, CSE and that itself is more than enough to justify my call to Study here. Highest package was of 1.03 crores and average still stands at 8 lakhs around. The big thing is nearly 2500 students in CSE and still all are finding a shot to try for placements.

Like at IET

Course Curriculum Overview:

I went for CSe bcz it has best career scope. The curriculum is comprehensive but a bit heavy. It touches almost all topics but didn't go deep into latest tech like AI or Cloud computing, which was a drawback. Improvements? Definitely the teaching style. Some profs are good but many rush through the syllabus to finish it. They should include more project based learning instead of just theory exams. Exams are manageable. We have typical sem system. Timing is predictable but sometimes the schedule is very tight with no gaps between papers. Difficulty wise its okay, most students study a week before exams and manage to clear them.

Placement Experience:

In btech form the 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements. the highest placement is for 70,00,000 Lpa in btech. students of MBA also hold chances for placements. The placements are not in big 4 but still in genuine and great companies.

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

They provide placement in last year of course. The students visited the Reliance stores, amazon, icici prudentials etc. , Highest package given is 7 lac per annum and average is 5 lac per annum. 80% Students got placements each year.
