College infrastructure and placements

Kiit school of rural management includes both ABM and Rural management . 4 semesters are there and also 1 Internship and 2 live projects for ABM and 3 internships for Rural management. They also conduct GD sessions , preparatory sessions for placements. And as now im covid situation also we are having online classes online Gds everyday . Before attending any live project or Internship College faculties held workshops to impart better understanding and guidance. Exam point of view every semester internal is 60 marks and university external is 40 marks. Internal includes midsem and also Quizes after completion of chapters in every subject . And also case study , role play etc are done for improvement of students. In this covid situation also we have given our semester exam with KIITMOODLE developed only for exam purpose.

We are the first batch of ABM and we had internships from reliance, sinochem, bigbasket but we couldn't join due to covid 19 situation. And now we are also doing Internship part time work from home as College is planning for winter Internships. And Rural management they get Internship in microfinance , ITC , E-commerce, NGO s etc

Kiit fest, Agribusiness conclave and RURAL MANAGEMENT CONCLAVE, teachers day program, fresher's, farewell convocation etc In Agribusiness conclave it gives learning opportunities because CEOs of different sectors they are present and discuss about various things which helps us to understand an organisation its working and opportunities

Feasible. 7.5 lakh is the fee which includes course fee, hostel fee, mess fee , laptops, blazer, books, internship fees etc Online NEFT payment, cheque is accepted. No there is no additional fee. Everything is included in that 7.5 lakhs. They give total transparency because we have got our SAP Portal which gives information about fees and everything

No i haven't. But yes it provides scholarship to students who are tribal and st scs and also the poor students are studying for free.

As we are the first batch ,we are 25 students from every part of country and we also have 2 students from AFRICA in our batch. Gender ratio is 2:3. We have different clubs like sports, editorial, cultural, SRCC etc. And it consists of Diversity and no political power and any kind of disturbance takes place. There is also open library when students can sit and study.

Yes . 50-60k per year and they provide with bed , mattresses, bucket mugs , table chairs and cupboards . 2seated room and ventilated. They provide all the basic necessities a student will need when they stay in hostel

Alumni activities are conducted once in a year. Some alumni also cone for guest lecture Currently 20 changes are made in alumni network.

When it comes to choosing the course i must say Agriculture is a growing sector and the market linkage is something we need to focus on. So this course mostly focusing on these aspects. And reason for choosing KIIT because it is a brand and the practical exposure in this is much more than any other Agribusiness colleges in Odisha. First of all appeared kiit entrance and or any MBA entrance is also acceptable. Then the selected candidates will appear a GD session and then personal interview. On 22nd july 2019 i had appeared GD PI .

We have around 10-15 faculties including guest faculties . Most of them are from IRMA GUJARAT and are phd holders. They are experts in various subjects like finance , economics, ict and e-commerce , livelihoods, Agribusiness. And yes some them have industry experience also. And we have assigned faculty guides whom we have to meet every month to discuss problems with them along with that we also have access to other faculties
