Remarks

The college is very good and the more I write about it the less it is.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The faculty is the best one could ever imagine of. The staff and teachers are so helpful and give their best in imparting knowledge. The faculty is friendly, they assist you on each case you come up with, work on every problem with you. They are like family. They treat everyone equal.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college provides placement to top-notch companies that come to campus every year and also gives opportunities for internship also. I have availed an in house internship conducted by the research cell of the college.

College Events

5

The college organizes 2 Moot court competitions every year, youth fest, cultural activities and sports meet. The college takes keen interest to provide students with all the activities. Also, the college takes the students on Court Visits, also NSS camp is organised and clean drive is organized.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fee as compared to other college is remarkably less. It varies from 70k to 90k per year. The above mentioned is the tuition fee. The hostel has a limited number of seats and I was personally not a hostel student, so I don't have any idea about the hostel fees.

Fees and Financial Aid

No it doesn't. But I guess for the state quota and some caste it provides less fee structure. That is good on the part of the college. As the fee is less, so I think there is no need to give scholarship.

Campus Life

3.5

The gender ratio is close to equal. The college organizes all sets of activities as mentioned earlier. It takes keen interest to keep students organised and take their interests as their own. The college is really cool and has helped a lot of students to showcase their passion.

Hostel Facilities

5

No, I have recently rented my own flat and I am living alone. The monthly rent is about 15000 and the expenses are around 15000 too. So I am spending almost 30000 every month. These charges may be less if you opt to live in sharing but I choose not too.

Alumni/Alumna

The seniors are very helpful and friendly. They don't harm anyone and are always their to assist the juniors. They treat everyone like their family.

Admission

The admission procedure is simple, you need to take a national level entrance exam held by the university. Then the after a short span the results are announced and if you qualify the merit score then you need to attend the counselling. Then you set to join the college on the date provided.

Faculty

5

The college has a long list of faculty members, almost all the faculty have done PhD and Masters. Also, the average age is around 34. The staff is well educated and is morally upright also have knowledge of current whereabouts. Some of the faculty members are also of 25-28 years and that doesn't mean that they cant teach but they are the best.

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year of the college the student is eligible for a pre-placement offer, main placements happen in the Final year i,e. 5th year. Companies that hire majorly are Tier-1 and Tier-2 law firms, like AZB, Khaitan&Co. Average package goes to about 15-16LPA. My plan is not fixed yet, but I aim to pursue SEBI or RBI law officer exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculam of Shree L. R. Tiwari College of law covers a wide range of legal subjects. The focus on pratical aspects such as moot court sessions, legal drafting and internships influenced my decisions to choose this course. Exams are typically held at the end of each semester. Interacting teaching methods, guest lecture by legal practitioners, and workshops enhances the learning experience.

Placement Experience:

The college is known for campus placements in every sector especially corporate and practices at the Hon'ble High Courts and the apex Supreme Court of India. Many also opt for going into the judiciary and become High Courts and Supreme Judges. Many legal luminaries and stalwarts including former Chief Justice of India Y.V. The companies usually come for recruitment in the final year of the course i.e, the 3rd year or the sixth semester to be eligible for placements. The college also provides pre-placement training. Admission:

I took admission in 2015, initially it was based on merit list (from last year MH CET is mandatory) There were 2 rounds, I was not in the lists as I didn't fulfilled the criteria of required marks. But few students left that college and due to that vacancy they admitted me. At that time allocation of seats were based on caste.
