It offers a great curriculum for liberal studies, the course is offered by only 6-7 colleges in India. It ranks third for this course and has amazing extra-curricular activities like committee works and fests and also is very supportive of individuals pursuing their personal talents and interests.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculties were well renowned in their fields and also very supportive. The focus of the institute wasn't just academics, it was shaping individuals to be the best they can be. The course structure is great because you get to explore your interests in the first two years and then pick what you're most interested in and then study those for the next two years. This is a great way to ensure that you choose a field that you're happy in and can also excel in it.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities are something that depends on what you choose as your major and minor. Not everyone opts for those but those who do can talk to their faculty advisors for better insights and opinions. Internship opportunities are offered throughout the 4 years of the course and they're really good to get real hands-on experience and expertise.
College Events
Three major fests - technical, sports and cultural. Different clubs such as dance, drama, fashion, food, photography, music, food, LGBTQ, sports, etc. They host their own events throughout the year. The fests are open to other colleges too and have a footfall of over 8000.
Campus Life
Beautiful campus with lush green grounds. The hostels are one of the best there are as compared to other colleges. The labs are well equipped as is the sports department. The classes are all air-conditioned and have projectors for the purpose of teaching.
