Remarks

Overall, college is the best in the district but not in the region. Placement needs to improve in terms of Good Companies, package.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is well structured, relevant when it comes to the theoretical portion but it needs to be improved in practice. I believe more practical training of the field specific needs would increase the chance of campus selection, it will ease the starting of a career as an employee.

Placement Experience

1.5

There were companies like TCS, Yash technology, Atharva foundry, Windal Precision, Collebra tact etc. About 30 to 35, The steps followed in the recruitment process was starting with a written test followed by Group discussion and then the interview. Some of the company takes Group discussion first and then written, some companies Rakesh two written test technical an non technical separately.

College Events

3.5

There were technical events organised in the college but as I said/written above the events were not practical ones rather they were theoretical like lectures only, cultural events organised was were good and mass participation was there from the students as well as facilities. Every festival was cherished and enjoyed in the college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My course fee was 68000 per year, 35000 for the first semester and 33000 for the second semester apart from this there was an additional fee for placement. The mode of payment was cash for the first three years, in the final year we got the option to pay online. No money was taken for admission, college was transparent to the fee structure.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college did not offer any scholarship to the students although it helps in getting it from other government and private resources.

Campus Life

3.5

Campus life was as good as a student wants, the gender ratio was about 1.5, students from the neighbouring state were also part of the campus. There was no incident happened during my four years of graduation regarding gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, political and economic status. Everyone is treated with the same rule and regulations

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel was near the college campus and a big playground. The rooms were provided in good condition, a room was shared by two students with two beds and a separate study table and Almira. Water was available 24 hours, RO water was given for drinking

Alumni/Alumna

College Senior are very helpful right from guiding during the graduation period to the initial part of the career.

Admission

Because bachelor of engineering is one of the professional courses which gives job opportunities right after completion. Admission in the college is done as per the counselling procedure of admission for engineering as per the government. I choose this institute because it is near to my home city, it is the only developed college in the district.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college at my time was well qualified and knowledgeable with an average age of about 32 to 35, every subject teacher was an expert in his except a few. Some of the teachers were industry returned so they carry on field knowledge as well. The number of lectures taken was quite enough, extra lectures are given for doubt clearing.

Placement Experience:

If we're talking about placements so students are eligible for placements from 7th semester. Many of companies came to my college to hier students and companies like yash technologies, wipro , infosys etc. Students get highest package of 12lpa and average package of 3lpa. 90% of students got placed and remaining 10% are those who didn't sit in placement and some of them who want to do higher studies. My plan is to get a good job at a good position in a reputed company

Placement Experience:

In my college, students become eligible for campus placements from the pre-final year itself (generally from the 5th or 6th semester), which gives them ample time to prepare and participate in the recruitment process. The placement cell of the college is highly active and dedicated, consistently bringing in a wide range of reputed companies from different sectors such as IT, core industries, finance, and consulting. Every year, numerous well-known companies visit the campus and collectively make a significant number of offers, ensuring that students get diverse career opportunities. The college has an impressive placement record, with competitive salary packages offered across various profiles. The highest package offered has been remarkably attractive, reflecting the quality of students and training provided, while the average package is also quite satisfactory and ensures a stable start to students’ careers. The roles offered range from technical positions like software developer and engineer to non-technical roles such as management trainee and analyst, giving students flexibility based on their interests and skills. A good percentage of students secure placements every year, which clearly highlights the strong industry connections and the effectiveness of the training and placement cell. The college also provides continuous support in terms of aptitude training, mock interviews, personality development sessions, and skill enhancement programs, which significantly boost students’ confidence and employability. As far as my future plans are concerned, after completing my degree, I aim to secure a good position through campus placement in a reputed organization where I can apply my knowledge, gain practical experience, and grow professionally. In the long term, I aspire to enhance my skills further and achieve a responsible position in my field, contributing meaningfully to the organization and society. Overall, the placement opportunities and career support provide

Placements are based on the training as some students opt out. The companies these days have an assessment test and it's because of that they choose the candidates. That is followed by an interview and our department prepares us for that and those who does well or showcase themselves well get in excess of 10 lakhs easily.

After the vivid there we see a lack of placement opportunities in branches . But , Because of college reputation you will easily get hired in various companies offcampus for high branches . There is lack of opportunities in core branches . Although the avarage package offered is about 4lpa to 6lpa for higher branches and a highest is about 52 lpa (2 years ago) . After getting the degree mostly students go for masters and also in IIT's or NIT'S for higher studies .
