Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum in my college (MIT Ujjain) is relevant and comprehensive, covering essential topics like Data Structures and AI. Hands-on projects enhance employability, but interdisciplinary courses and soft skills training could improve it. Exam schedules are good, but mid-terms can be stressful.

Internships Opportunities

5

The college offers internships with various companies, providing roles in software development, marketing, and data analysis. Students work on real projects, complete assignments, and then after we have to give presentation and report the internship coordinator, enhancing our practical skills.

Placement Experience

5

There on campus placement in my college so many companies come for the recruitment of the students.From.the 7th semester the students are eligible for the placement. the average package is around 6 LPA. My plan after getting degree is to get a good reputeted job in IT industry.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees of my college is fifty nine thousand (59000) plus bus fees which is fifteen thousand (15000). So the total fees for one year is around seventy four thousand (74000). And at the time of admission there is registration fee which is 3000 and caution money that is 2000. Scholarship for OBC category around 28000 and I didn't remember about SC/ST I think that is around 60 to 65 thousand

Campus Life

5

The experience of the campus is amazing. In March month there is annual function called culturals and sports. There are many clubs in MIT Ujjain college like abhivyakti club, language forum club, dance club, singing club, coding club, GDSC club. There are smart classes and so many computer labs in my college. Every year competition of all the sports is between different colleges is conducted by university(RGPV) called Nodals.

Admission

I chose this for its strong reputation and excellent placement opportunities. I applied to other local colleges but opted for MIT due to its industry connections. The admission process was straightforward, requiring only documents, and there are no entrance exams involved.

Faculty

4

Some of the faculties are so kind and supportive but also there are some faculties which are unsupportive and rude sometimes for no reason. There are 2 mid term test (MST) in my college which is 20 marks and one End sem exam of 70 marks ,the end sem exam is quite difficult so many students get back logs in that. Course curriculum is based on new technologies and basic fundamentals so I think it relevant for today's industry.

The placement of our college not good , it have an avegare package of 6 LPA Which is i think ,this is not the actual figure they are hiding from us. But leave it . The highest package was about 19 LPA . Many students got placed and many did not get placed The placement percentage was about 60% might be less than that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate it 6/10 because first year subjects and all are mostly unnecessary i guess. Its not required that much. There should be more focus on coding and problem solving in college which is often neglected.frequency and timing are fine of exams.

Yes that is true there is placements happened but average and low placement ratio there is because of students skills but for employability you can placed out of campus that is good option . After getting degree did mtech was good or other government like exam there was option and also out of campus placement with enough skill demand is a better option more than college placements

Campus placements are moderate as comparatively less companies visits every year. Number of students for placements are more and companies visits are less that cause less placement ratio for on campus. Moreover upto the end of 8th semester almost 80% of students get placed both including on campus and off campus. My plan is to get a job after graduation.
