Universities in a country are focused by their styles and methods of teaching. Assam Science and Technology University is a renowned University of Guwahati. I’m pursuing my Bachelor in Computer Science 1st year and too much satisfied.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is divided equally for the current year as well as the coming years in this course. The computer labs are properly utilized by the students to learn the practices and software programming.

Placement Experience

The University has recorded placements for all the courses provided there. Following are its important features: • 150+ Multinational companies offered 6 LPA as the salary package. • Top Fortune 400 companies also extended offers to many engineering students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees of my Bachelor of Science is Rs 75,000 per semester. The fees of the course is very genuine. The college dues shall be payable for full semester at the time of admission only through online route.

Campus Life

This University has record of extra curricular activities also. Extra curricular activities which are pursued outside of the classroom. Some examples of extracurricular activities are like being a member of sports team, editorial of newspaper, youth festivals and different fests are organized.

Admission

A candidate can apply to the first semester of Bachelor degree is he/she has passed intermediate exam with minimum 60% from recognized Board. As, I scored good marks so didn’t have any problem during admission.

Faculty

Our college has the best faculties and teachers, they provide us with their knowledge and experiences. All the staff members are congenial with the students and impart their best to students. My experience towards faculty is outstanding.

I was a Science student, but I almost failed in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths in my Higher Secondary Final Exam. I had a keen interest in life science. So I selected Zoology and Botany as my Major and Minor Subjects. I love Animals and plants and always wanted to learn much more about them. So, I chose this subject and I scored almost 9 CGPA in 1st year. That boosted my confidence and I just can't wait to explore this world of Zoology and Botany more. After choosing these subjects we got to do many field studies. There are 3 main exams in each semester - 2 sessional and 1 final. The difficulty level is based on how you've prepared yourself for the exam.
