The only problem in college is its rules are quite strict and both Ug and Pg people have same set of rules. Smoking and drinking inside premises is highly punishable. Entry timing are also a problem 10:30pm is last entry time and 11:00pm for hostel

The best part of IBS is its course curriculum. There are four semesters and a 3 months of summer internship during this 18 months period. The college is known for its Case research centre which publish hundreds of cases being used in all colleges all over india as well as industries. The college has a different methodology of study which include case based learning which makes students fit for industry exposure and future handlings. The concepts of book along with case studies gives you a great learning experience. There are various exams in every semster starting from ncps, Cp, project and end term. The resukt is cumulative of all.The college also organose guest lectures and seminars by industry experts and other highly talented people. The club culture over here is great as there are 30 different clubs. Almost all specialisations are offered over here and give a MBA degree. The collge had a vast campus of 100 acres and also supports sports.There are different sports facilities for almost all sports and there is also an indoor stadium as well.There is a big swimming pool as well inside the campus.

The college has a track record of 100 percent placement and the average package now is 7.5 lpa. The highest package of international was 52 lakhs offered by a company called Tolaram in Nigeria. The domestic highest package offered by Amazon 18 lakhs. The college also provided us with summer internship with average stipend of 10 thousand per month. The college has almost 30 clubs which includes cultural clubs,dance club, theatre club, marketind, finance, operations, hr etc. All the clubs have a flagship event of their own. The collge fest is called Trishna which is a 3 days long inter college cultural fest. Every year there are celebrity bands for performance for djs. There are almost 30 dj nights in a single year. The sports fest is Aaveg and every year there is a participation of almost 2000 students from various b schools. Almost all major festivals Of all communities are celebrated over here. Students celebrate ganesh chaturthy, holi, id, christmas, onam, lohri, rathyatra etc. There are certain ethnuc days as well. The farewell is also a very major events which has prom night, scribble day and many more.

There college offers a wide number of schlarships for acadaemic excellence. The college haa tie ups with various banks for loan and proccessing is also easy. There is a best summer internship award given to 25 best sips and paid 10000 each. Other schlarships include 100000 reward for securing 10 cgpa.

The college is known for its co curricular and extra curricular activities. There is almost scope for every sports here at Ibs. The most popular sports are cricket, football, basketball, volley and badminton. There are multiple sports fests throughout the year inter college, intra college etc. Students also participate in sports fest of other bschools like iims, imt etc. The gender ration is 50-50.Evem girls play a lot of sport starting from basketball badminton, throwball,chess etc. There are peopl here from almost all parts of India and this misxture provide everyone to know each others cukture by celebrating festives together. Big sporta events include AAVEG, OLYMPIA, Ipl, icfai football League, Thunderball etc. There is a big swimming pool for students as well.

The college holds a very strong alumni network with people leading some companies at very high positions to some people owning start ups. There is club over here which manages the alumni network. Every year there is a event called Nostalgia in which all the alumni are invited .The college invites them very specially with great arrangements of music, food etc. There is also a cricket tournament for alumnis which is organised every year and there is huge participation of alumnis.This is known as Mrinal Anand cup. The aluminis are really helpful and provide vital help regarding placements and future references.

I appeared for Cat and Nmat and based on the scored i applied for the college.Ibs business school has 8 branches all over india and ibs hyderabad being the flagship and the best one. I appeared for group discussion and personal interview at the college. Than a merit list was out.Based on cumulative scores of 10,12th,graduation and my performance at Gd and personal interview l secured 89 percentile and was granted admission in Ibs Hyderabad. The interview were mostly based on past experience, basic situational questions which were carrier oriented. All the faculty are highly qualified as well as there are a few belonging to IIMs and IITs.There are nearly 60 faculties in marketing department and almost 60 for finance.These are highly qualified professors having great teaching as well as industry experience .They are highly supportive and help students brush up their skilks and make us ready for world as well provide us with examples of their personal experience.All teachers have their personal cabin where students can visit to clear doubts. These teachers also guide students during their summer internship and give a visit to evaluate. They also arrange guest lectures for us and various carrier building activities. As college pays them very high amount for their job they maintain it quite well.
