SVKM is a public charitable trust registered under the societies registration act 1860 and the bombay public trusts act 1950. Infrastructure of the college is very good and campus is quite beautiful. Library is resourceful.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course offered here is BLSLLB which is an integrated law degree of mumbai university. The intake capacity is 120. The course duration is five years. It is designed in a proper way so as to provide theoretical as well as practical knowledge to the students.
Placement Experience
The college has an active training and placement cell. Internships are offered during summer and winter breaks. Placements are carried out in corporate houses, law firms, NGOs, courts, regulatory bodies. It has a very good placement record.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is about 60,000 per year. Fee structure of full five year course is provided beforehand and everything is clearly mentioned in it. Separate charges for uniforms, blazer, books, electricity are taken.
Campus Life
The college actively participates in sports tournaments. There is a juris cine club which hosts film screenings on socio legal issues. There is also a cultural committee. Vividh is the mega cultural festival of the college.
Admission
Admission is purely based on merit. A transparent admission procedure is followed strictly based on standard norms. Neither the management nor the college accept any donation or capitation fee for admission to any courses offered by the college.
Faculty
The faculty members are very cooperative and helpful. They are very well qualified and experienced in their respective specializations. Regular counsellings and doubt sessions are organized by them for the benefit of students.
