The course structure is spread across 3 years of education. Its focus is to help students learn about their subject in great detail by giving them lessons on the same. Their theoretical knowledge is judged based on their performance in sessionals and semester exams.

Ample amount of placement opportunity is provided to students by both on campus as well as off campus recruitment. Students are also given opportunity to go for higher studies if they want to go further in their subject.

The college charges fees of Rs 40000 for the course duration of 3 years. While many students can pay off the fees, few many face difficulty in the same. They can opt for scholarship given that they are eligible for it.

The college gives scholarship to merit holders and poor students apart from what is offered by the government and merit based tamilnadu educational trust scholarship. Also, students who are good at sports and achieve something can also avail such scholarships.

The college actively organizes various extracurricular activities such as sports events, NCC, NSS, red riboon club, youth red cross and various skills activities such as driving class, embroidery etc.

Student should've qualified his higher secondary or equivalent in science stream with a required minimum percentage to be eligible for admission. If eligible, they can fill up an application form with required details and if selected, they'll have to submit the documents, as required.

The faculty is well educated. They are friendly and helpful and students can always count on them to clear their doubts as and when needed by them. They also keep track of the latest happenings around so as to teach students new things.
