Remarks

The college is beautiful along with the Pine garden, citrus research station, spice Garden, a tea garden. It is a beautiful campus for studying and chilling. It is away from the chaos of the city but well connected

The course is focused on agriculture. It has the structure of research and development on agriculture sector.A Biotechnology technology laboratory is also in the college which is highly sophisticated with experienced professionals to operate it. The exams and labs are frequent by the way, sometimes hectic schedule comes over

Placement Experience

The job opportunities for the graduates are good. Several seed companies seek the graduates to work for them. But the placement cell is not up and running now in the college. Other jobs available after graduation are ADO, AFO etc.

College Events

College week is observed in the college. Along with this a fest that has been started from 2019 is LumiNox which is celebrated in grand manner. Hostel Cricket league is another event in the college. College freshman is also observed.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is moderate. It is under the semester system so every year it varies. Fees vary from 10000-12000 rupees. The college provides a merit scholarship for those who got a good grade point.

The college provides a merit scholarship for those who got a good GPA every semester. The scholarship is given on the basis of the competition of the students. It provides a sum of money of 6000 per student per semester

Campus Life

The college is facilitated with various extracurriculars. College has a very nice gym which is well maintained by the trainer and the students. Cricket, football is always played by the students on the college field. The college has huge indoor stadium for badminton and table tennis courts.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is pretty good and it provides us the breakfast lunch and dinner. The rooms are double or shared room. The hostel have wifi connection with pretty good speed. The hostel has a good study environment.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni are quite helpful for providing us advise for life as well as the further study information. They also give us news about the various jobs. They refer graduates from our college in their working companies

Admission

The college is a technical college. It has many facilities starting from hostel, library, canteen etc. It has laboratories with sophisticated technologies. Along with this persuing a technical degree is much more better than a general degree.

Course Curriculum Overview:

• I always loved plants, trees and forest as my father is from Forest background. So, I wanted to walk on his footsteps and do something is same background. I always dreamt of making a change in the society and serve the society so I choose Botany subject. •The curriculum is planned in such a way that we learn both theoretically and practically, we go on field trips where we interact with common people and do surveys that will help us in future while working on the department •There is no such areas that needs improvement, I like the way it is going on and the teaching method is also nice, only the thing is there should not be so many classes in one day, as a student gets very exhaust •The frequency and timing of exams is that in sessional its 25 marks with 1 hour 30 minutes and its easy to moderate, and 2nd is final which is of 50 marks with 2 hours 30 minutes and its moderate to hard
