I had written EAMCET and got the 45000. And had selected EEE branch in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course which I had selected is having much scope in future. And I have very interest in this branch.

Internships Opportunities

I had a very good experience on completion of my course.Total 55 companies had came.I had got a stipend of 30000/year through government.

Placement Experience

I had a very good experience on completion of my course. Total 55 companies had came. Some companies are TCS,FMC technology, FEMA interactive,Google,amazon etc. Total 400 students had selected.

Fees and Financial Aid

I had availed a scholar ship through government. I think banks will also provide loans for students.

Campus Life

I had a very good experience in my college.Mean while there are extra circular activities sports like cricket,basketball,football are also conducted.The labs are also very good with all equipments.

The curriculum is not the best i would say There are many flaws in it Although the say the syllabus keeps changing but the changes are not that much The teaching method is also old school methods U can expect an exam every 1.5 months The difficulty is also high

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
