Remarks

Education faculty is best Sports faculty is better. College is overall good in every scope like education, sports, events, laboratory, cultural events, and more. College infrastructure is also overall better.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is best for future planning. Exam structure is overall good. Exams are held on time and good. Exam pattern is also good. Course is good for employment. And it also benefits in future. Exams are held smoothly.

Placement Experience

I am not sure about which companies came. I don't know what you think about it is good for you to be a great. I don't know was it helpful or not. I am not sure about it. There are some job opportunities available.

College Events

World AIDS day, world health day. The events were moderate. Most students made participation in it. Event was good overall. And teachers, students, audience, people enjoyed it and it was helpful for Awearness programs.

Fee structure is feasible. fee structure is good and moderate and easy to pay. Good faculty and features. Also benefits us. Good and nice fee structure. Well and best. Fee structure is not expensive it is feasible

Post matric scholarship good for us as it benefits students in their daily, monthly expenses and good. I like it. There are many scholarships available which can benefit students in studying. They avail scholarships tu students

Extracurricular activities are good. Sports like cricket, rugby, tennis, leather ball cricket, badminton, kabbadi, football and many more sports are available. Also lab is good, cultural societies and more good.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes they are helpful. Our seniors in College are good, educated, cultural, and helpful to other students and juniors and good. They are helpful and friendly. They inspire us to study and take part in sports.

Admission

I got admission on the basis of percentage achevied in previous exams. This course is good for jobs and for self respect. I like this course as i want to become teacher and overall this course is good. For admission process we need previous qualifications certificates and dob certificate.

Faculty of our College is highly qualified. Highly trained and well educated teachers are there. I like it very much. Teachers educate us in good manner. And also help us. Faculty of College is good. And well qualified.

Read Before Joining S.p College Srinagar.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Information technology was my interest based course that I opted in.. but when I saw the course syllabus it was old & theoretical based, lacks new & fresh syllabus would not guarantee job. Course could be better if newly updated syllabus would be include. Despite having smartboards no one is teaching on them or talking about using them.. Exams & syllabus Easy because of old curriculam

Course Curriculum Overview:

i really like study related to landforms and all and also interested in maps that's why i chose this. not that good due to pressure of exams i am not really able to study the subject that deeper just covering the syllabus there should be more field vists and surveys exams are not difficult at all they're mostly asked from the syllabus only. but they dont give much time to prepare that's the problem

GOVT M.A.M COLLEGE,JAMMU : A Success path to life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose science-non medical subjects being MATHS, GEOGRAPHY, and GEOLOGY. Reasons are my interest and love for these subjects. Class students and teachers ratio is good: 40-1. Teachers' qualifications are also good: MSc, Ph.D., NET qualified. Our exams were semester-wise [once in six months]. it was easy to pass if you just study normal and attend classes.

This college doesn't give placements but gives special classes to the students who want to join the prestigious civil services. Also, this college gives free evening coaching for weak students. Every year 30-40% students of this college join JNU, Indian Military Academy and various other universities for their master courses. After I graduated I want to join the Indian Military Academy Dehradun.

The college is almost very good for best education social networking here is also good.Sports are fair with lots of indoor and outdoor games. Large classrooms.Labs are well developed. Libraries are full of all linds of books.

Remarks:

One of the bad experience was that College didn't provide a good canteen facility. As we were not getting good food and tea from college canteen. Besides this my experience in college remain very good. We the team of AFSUS111 are missing the days that we have spent in our college as we have leaved the College last year.As i belong to Kupwara far-flung dist. of jam mu and Kashmir after coming here i got a lot of exposure and communicate with students belonging to dist. Srinagar and other districts.
