FRI PG Entrance Test FRI is a Deemed University under ICFRE. They conduct their own entrance test for PG Admissions i dont remember about the Rank and Score.FRI is Best College in India for Forestry and Agricultural Courses thatswhy I opted for it.
Course Curriculum Overview
Couse Structure is very good as It is carried out on the recommendations of ICFRE (Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education) which is Central Govt. Body.Course structure is made for the benefit of Environment which is near to us and University made changes in it accordingly as per the needa of time.
Internships Opportunities
Yes FRI do provide Internship student has to go on projects that come time to time and college sponsor some students for it stipend is not fixed, it varies because the project that has to carried out that would have been of Either State Govt or of Central Govt so Govt provides internship for it through college.
Placement Experience
Placements and Job Opportunities are good because the College is prestigious College in its field.WST (Wood Science and Technology) is having 100% placement records.In Forestry branch I can say the placement is not so good because we do not have many companies of this sector and generally the Students of Forestry do not look for placements because Either they prepare for IFS or go for Further Studies Like doing Ph.D and NET.
College Events
From the Beginning of Ist year College carry out Freshers party to Welcome all the Freshers and to make the Environment of Campus friendly to the wild Life Week, Environment Day, Forest Day Etc sports meet is also carried out which remains for 15-16 days in which Various Sports events like Table Tennis, Cricket, Hockey, Badminton Etc games are played between the teams essay writing and Debate Competition also held in our College farewell Party to give farewell to the Final Year Students.Etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure is Fixed by ICFRE on the recommendations of Central Govt it is on Per year basis and its Pocket Friendly that means not too expensive. So we can say its Feasible.I think mine it was around 25000 hostel fee was apart from it that was also feasible college is a Tourist Hub in Dehradun So it meant like we were living in a Tourist hub in a Feasible College fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
There was no such kind of Scholarship program for Students but yes they do Encourage the Students who secure Top 3 ranks semesterly.They provide prize money to these students as the fees is nominal so the college do not provide any scholoship or loan facilities but yes the Social Welfare department of Govt may offer any scholarship to the needy person and college fully cooperate in geeting the same.
Campus Life
College had approximately 6:10 gender ratio campus life was above expectations. Full of Greenery Sight Seen of Wild Life. Beautiful Building, Rich Flora and Fauna.Their was no politics as every student was a serious student for their career.There was no space for any kind of politics at all college is having very disciplined environment.There was no partiality on the basis of Either caste, race sexual etc.College do have students from Entire Country and it is having a very peaceful environment there.

Yes we are connected through Facebook and we are having Whatsapp Group.Seniors were very helpful durig out academic time they guided us whenever we needed their help.Nowadays many of them are pursuing their Ph.D from FRI. I am still connected with them.They provide me their assistance whenever I need it.
