Remarks

The campus facilities have to be improved with a subsidised canteen fees and more spacious library and a better ATM machine, the college bus should also cover the non hostel students. The parking lot should also be improved.

It is very difficult to get a placement at the college, the doctors have to be very competent and skilled, Yes internship is provided for various courses based on the meet rank list for postgraduates. The experience is really good and the experience we get is unmatched witha lot of patients and cases. The stipend is around 45000

3

All most all the extra curricular activities are available including playgrounds for a variety of sports, cultural festivals art festivals, tournaments, concerts, live shows, awareness programs etc. A variety of labs for each department is also available that are not only well equipped but also spacious.

Alumni/Alumna

All the seniors are helping and caring, though initially a bit of ragging was present, the alumini network is Very strong and a good communication between the parents and students are seen. The seniors usually guide us during our exams and is of great help.

Admission

By attending the counseling after the merit list was published, the seats were alloted according to our ranks and each studen was provided the documents for checking in to the college, the required forms were collected and the classes were told to begin the next week itself

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is really good and earnest in their jobs, with working hours from 8 in the morning to 4 in the evening, Most doctors are punctual and moderately strict with lots of experience and skills in their respective departments.

The curriculum is vast and it relies more on theoretical knowledge than practical knowledge. The course should be improved enough to provide a better learning atmosphere to students. Exams occur every 2 months and is quite difficult

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is a pretty hard one i must say but the feeling of putting on a white coat and looking after patients is surreal and that's the main essence of the job. The curriculum is very vast but each subject is important in its own way. The exams are all conducted in such a way that there's enough time for us to prepare .

Placement Experience:

Placements are not available in the college. After mandatory HS, we are free to find jobs. Many passed out students remain in the college as tutors while preparing for their PG entrances. Some also teach nursing and/or paramedical students. As an MBBS degree is not enough to get a job, everyone plans on joining for PG courses. MBBS degree will only get us as far as a casualty doctor or medical officer in a PMC.
