Great Experience

College is having a good atmosphere to study and enjoy life. Not having the so called seriousness of post graduation courses is the speciality that I found. There is a room for all talents. Staffs and mangement are really friendly with students.

The college is affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University. So it follows MG university syllabus and exam patterns. MCA have 6 semester regular course and 4 semester lateral entry system. Candidates having IT backgroud in graduation can opt lateral course.

College has a placement cell which provides reasonable opportunities for the students. Since the college is a post graduation institute with minimum courses, the placement cell is not able to brig giant companies to the campus. Still they provide all placement assistance.

College is having events like Arts day, Sports day, College day, Cultural fest, Onam celebration, Christmas celebration, Wednesday gathering and all other importance celebrations and special occassional events.

For MCA the fee structure is almost same as any other self financing colleges in the state of Kerala. Merit seat have less fees than management seat. All other reservations are available for eligible candidates.

College is having a positive attitude towards scholarships for eligible students. I specifically dont know any loan or scholarship facilities but still for eligible candidates, the management will give financial support.

College is having a community radio in campus which is one of its kind. Students who are talented can make use of it being an RJ. Lab facility is available for MCA students. And for courses like food science, bioscience etc respective labs are there. Botanical garden, tissue culture lab are all there.

College is having seperate hostel facilitu for men and women with neat and clean rooms, good food and other facilities like wifi, library access, health club etc. Students can work part time as library assistant which hostel students makes use of mostly.

College is having good alumni network. Through the cultural fests and alumni meets the network is kept good. The college is even having a alumni meet in Dubai for alumnis in Dubai which is great. Seniors are supportive.

Need to qualify the entrance exam for MCA conducted stated wide. The you can apply through the allotment process, where based on your entrance score and merit you may get the admission. Management quota is also available.

The college is having descent infrastructure and very good faculties. Department is very supportive and really helps students in their acads. Also having very good technical assistance during project works and workshops.
