The DGME Uttar Pradesh has opened UP NEET PG 2026 counselling registration at upneet.gov.in. The window closes on October 26, 2026. Candidates must pay Rs 3,000 registration fee and the applicable security deposit.
The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME) has opened registration for UP NEET PG 2026 counselling at upneet.gov.in. The window opened on October 21, 2026. Eligible candidates can apply online until October 26, 2026.
The counselling covers MD, MS, PG Diploma, DNB and MDS seats. These seats are offered by government and private medical colleges. Both government and private dental colleges in Uttar Pradesh are also included.

UP NEET PG 2026 Counselling Fee Structure
Candidates must pay a one-time registration fee of Rs 3,000. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. A separate security deposit also applies based on the college choice.

How to Register for UP NEET PG 2026 Counselling?
The registration process is fully online. Candidates should follow the steps given below.
- Visit the official portal at upneet.gov.in.
- Open the UP NEET PG 2026 counselling registration link.
- Enter the required personal and NEET PG examination details.
- Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the registration fee and security deposit online.
- Submit the form and save the confirmation receipt.
Fields such as name, parent's name and date of birth come pre-filled. These pre-populated details cannot be edited during counselling.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Candidates must have qualified NEET PG 2026 or NEET MDS 2026. They must also meet the domicile and reservation norms set by DGME. Original documents and photocopies are required at the admission stage.
The Rs 3,000 registration fee is a one-time payment. It covers all three counselling rounds for the 2026 admission cycle. Candidates do not need to pay this fee again for later rounds.
