ACPPGMEC has released the revised Gujarat NEET MDS 2026 merit list at medadmgujarat.org after reducing the Round 3 qualifying cutoff. General and EWS candidates now need 234 marks while reserved categories need 200 to be eligible.

The Admission Committee for Professional Postgraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPPGMEC) has released the revised Gujarat NEET MDS 2026 merit list. The committee published it on the official portal at medadmgujarat.org on October 21, 2026. This follows a cutoff reduction approved by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS).
The revised lists cover General, SC, ST, SEBC, EWS and NRI categories. ACPPGMEC also published separate lists of candidates found not eligible. The lower cutoff aims to fill vacant Master of Dental Surgery seats across Gujarat.

Seat Categories and Allotment Rules
Admission to all MDS seats is handled strictly on merit through online mode. The seats fall under Government Quota, Management Quota and NRI Quota.
Vacant reserved seats convert progressively into open categories. NRI seats shift first to Management Quota, then to Government Quota. Reserved state seats also convert to open category when they stay unfilled.
The lowered cutoff opens Round 3 to many borderline MDS aspirants. More candidates now qualify for Gujarat dental postgraduate seats. The move helps the state fill vacant MDS seats before the admission window closes.
