IIT Bombay has released the UCEED 2026 BDes Round 3 seat allotment on June 10. Allotted candidates must pay the acceptance fee by June 14 at 6 PM. Withdrawal requests can be submitted between June 15 and June 19 till 6 PM.

The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) has released the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) 2026 Round 3 seat allotment for the Bachelor of Design (BDes) programme. The result was published on the official website at uceed.iitb.ac.in on June 10, 2026.
The allotment document lists institute-wise opening and closing category ranks across seven participating institutes. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must complete payment and choice submission by June 14, 2026, till 6 PM.

How to Check the UCEED 2026 BDes Round 3 Seat Allotment?
The Round 3 allotment status is available through the candidate login on the official portal. Follow the steps below to view the result.
- Visit the official website at uceed.iitb.ac.in/2026.
- Open the BDes Admission portal link on the homepage.
- Log in with the registered application number and password.
- Check the Round 3 allotment status on the dashboard.
- Download the provisional seat allotment letter for records.

Acceptance Fee for Round 3
Allotted candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee online through the admission portal at portal.iitb.ac.in/bdesapp. The category-wise fee is listed below.

What Are the FREEZE and FLOAT Choices?
Candidates accepting the seat must choose between FREEZE and FLOAT before paying the fee. Picking FREEZE locks the current allotted institute. Picking FLOAT keeps the candidate in the running for a higher-preference institute in later rounds.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request?
Candidates who wish to exit counselling can submit a withdrawal request through their login. The window runs from June 15 to June 19, 2026, till 6 PM. Requests sent after the deadline will not be accepted.
IIITDM Jabalpur leads the BDes intake with 66 seats, followed by IIT Guwahati with 56. Together these two institutes hold nearly half of the 245 seats available across all participating institutes this year.

- Choose between FREEZE and FLOAT based on institute preferences.
- Pay the acceptance fee through the BDes admission portal by June 14, 6 PM.
- Download and save the provisional seat allotment letter.
- File a withdrawal request between June 15 and June 19 if exiting counselling.
