- Visit the official portal at nimcet.admissions.nic.in.

Who Reviews the Challenges?
A panel of subject experts appointed by NIT Trichy will review every objection received. If a challenge is found valid, the answer will be corrected in the final key. The revised final answer key will be released along with the NIMCET 2026 result on the official portal.
The fee paid for objections is non-refundable. Even challenges that are accepted will not lead to a refund of the Rs 500 charge.
Participating Institutes
NIMCET 2026 scores will be used by 11 NITs and 2 IIITs for MCA admissions. Around 1,300 seats are on offer across these institutes.
| Type | Participating Institutes |
|---|---|
| NITs | Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Delhi, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Meghalaya, Patna, Raipur, Tiruchirappalli, Warangal |
| IIITs | Bhopal, Vadodara |
A single corrected question can shift a candidate by hundreds of ranks. With only 1,300 seats across 13 institutes, every mark counts in the NIMCET merit list. The 48-hour window is the only chance to flag errors before the result is locked.
